I'm super disappointed because I called to get my eyebrows done with Jenny on Friday, February 2nd, Bill answered and asked me to wait, started chatting in his language (Vietnam) and then said she wasn't there and asked me to call another day . I felt he was lying. I had to go to Walmart for grocery shopping (which is why I already wanted to get my eyebrows done) and I saw that Jenny was there looking at your phone as well as Bill and Kin and not to mention that you didn't have any customers at the moment.What a disappointment...I felt that I was no longer welcomed at this place after 5 years of being a customer.I had a very uncomfortable situation about 1 1/2 years a go with Kin where every time she did my nails it was done very well, and they were supposed to last about 3-4 weeks and always in less than 1 week I had to go back to do it again because the nail polish was starting to come off the nails. Until one day she was very harsh with me and said she wouldn't help me anymore, as if it was my fault and I was putting her in an embarrassing situation, and that Bill was going to help me now. Bill attended to me and did an excellent job until around mid-June/July -2023, but I decided to look for another salon where I was treated like a normal client because I started to feel really bad, it was a horrible atmosphere. Anyway, this is my rant... Super... hyper... mega disappointed.

Billy always does such an amazing job! Every single time I leave I am beyond happy and for the price itās a steal! He does such a great job Iāve gone over a month and they held up! Iām picky about my nails and he never disappoints!

My fingers are sensitive and Bill is always careful, heās always helping me pick out colors when I canāt decide, and even with busy schedules he made it a point to fit me and my grandma in before Christmas. Iāve never been to a salon before this one that actually cared about their clients needs, and not just business.

My coworker her nails looks so amazing and beautiful I asked her where she got them done she said over at Walmart and Regal Nails the one on Greenfield and go see Bill Bill was so awesome when I met him he did my nails they look so amazing like my coworkers I do recommend Bill he is awesome go see him

I had been here once before with my daughter and she didnāt like the tech that helped her but I was getting an oil change and needed my nails done, so I wanted to give it a try. The tech waiting hardly looked my way when I walked in and I asked ā Hi how much is it for dip powder please?ā He didnāt even look at me - looked at the CLOCK o the wall and said $50. I paused and he didnāt say a word so I just walked away thinking maybe he didnāt have time ??āāļø I donāt know, didnāt seem very welcoming. I can go down the street for less $ and better customer service!

I used to go to Regal Nails all the time. I am going to a wedding and I needed my nails done professionally so I went back. Unfortunately, the results I got this time were far from satisfactory! The girl filed my nails down when she was taking off my old Polish so now I have a bump at the bottom of several of my nails that is what's left of my nails on four of them ?... It looks like a clump of polish... But it's not

I usually like this place but this one employee was rude and did a sloppy job and spoke in her native language complaining.She didnāt cut my nails correctly or file them nicely. She asked me was this the first time I had my nails done.I said no. I was here just 2 weeks ago and a gentleman did my nails he was professional. She was awful. If you hate your job stop working there and learn customer service.The equipment was used and dirty. The bowl of water was cold.She cut my cuticle too much and use it under my nail was got infected.I shouldāve left when I had the chance she kept running out the store.I will never return to this place. Itās dirty and no clean products. What was I thinking.Zero in everything. Fire that lady because she terrible.
