My partner and I came here in search of a new mattress. We wanted to try a Casper mattress and Relax the Back was the only store that had them on the floor. Ryan Tuley helped us out and was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. We had gone to several other mattress stores and the sales people were usually very pushy. But Ryan was not like that at all and was really awesome and helpful!

We went in looking for a massage chair. The manager was there and took his time with us. I asked questions and felt like he gave me honest answers about each chair. I was able to pick a chair and now waiting on delivery. I let you know after 6 months of using it.

The purchase from Toni was fine. The product does what it's designed to do. I only wish that there was someone at the store that knew how to make the necessary adjustments other than Toni. We call & have to modify our schedule to get the comfortable adjustment until Toni is available.
People who are manning the store need to be familiar with the merchandise. They need to know how to make the necessary adjustments to any product that needs adjusted at the time of purchase.

Bought a new Ergo adjustable bed frame unit, and a Tempur-Pedic Breeze mattress for the lady's bedroom. My sales person, Ryan, was very patient and explained every little detail thoroughly, answering every one of my questions. While it was a substantial outlay, her like of the new bed made it very worthwhile. She tells me she sleeps much cooler and comfortable than with a standard mattress, and at our ages comfort means a lot. (you'll learn that when you get there)
When I bought the mattress I was home only long enough to do some necessary work on my house, so all details fell to Ryan to take care of. When I finally got home after some six months absence, there was her new bed, all set up and waiting. GOOD JOB RYAN, MUCH APPRECIATED!
Bottom line is that if you want/need the ultimate in product, value good service, fair pricing, and being treated right, then Relax The Back at 1744 S. Val Vista in Mesa is someplace you should check out.

100% dissatisfied with my zero gravity chair from Relax the Back, including the extended warranty.I purchased the chair in Feb. 2023. In Sept. 2024, the remote stopped working. Wires from the remote became loose.
I was informed yesterday, parts are not available or it was too cost prohibited to fix!!!
So, the offered me less than half of what I paid. For a chair I have used about 18 months. It is absolutely unbelievable. I paid $4000 for this chair. Thanks for nothing.

Best place to go if you are thinking of relaxing your back or want to know more. Friendly, knowledgeable expertise, lots of floor models to test. The Mesa Dana Park store is my place to go! They stand behind what they sell and believe in their product manufacturers. And there is no pressure.

We purchased from the Mesa Location in Dana Park. Ryan was a huge help, going above and beyond to meet our specific needs, in our quest for a chair to settle my wife’s shoulders from decades at a desk. I would love to post publicly all that Ryan did for us but I fear: 1) this would be a very long post and 2) I would set an unreasonable expectation for future customers of Relax the Back. I will simply say that if you cannot find the right chair, they will help you sort out what the right chair is for you, then they will make it. I should also mention that they sell all sorts of recliners, massage chairs, and mattresses, and they know what they’re talking about. Ryan, thank you for all your help. Tony, thank you for working with us.

Honestly going into this place I was nervous that they would be pushy to sell and would just tell me what I wanted to hear. Ryan was an amazing help and not pushy at all. I’ve spent hundreds on pillows from Amazon and still woke up with head and neck pain. Ryan helped me find the perfect pillow and I finally had a full night sleep without waking up with a headache!

My decision process caused me to work with both salesmen Tom and Ryan. Without any doubt they are both low pressure and they just tell me the facts and the information I need. If you want to know why I give them three stars this is the third chair I have purchased from them over the years. Can't say enough good about these two men. The other thing that is really great is you can buy a chair with 0% interest over a period that suits your budget.
