Do not work with this company. I brought them on for my mother who has dementia to help motivate her and get her up and about a couple days a week. I was told they could send someone who could do so and they could also help with light cleaning and laundry around the house. A supervisor was supposed to be here for the first visit because I was ill and unable to come. She said she would put it on her calendar and then didn’t show. The caregiver was then told I would be here which was a full on lie. That caregiver did not return because the drive was too far (Riggs and McQueen). The second visit the caregiver was thirty minutes late and no one reached out to inform us. She also quit because the drive was too far. After speaking to a supervisor I was told the truth in that the caregiver felt like she was treated like a maid (she vacuumed and did one small load of laundry and was upset that the vacuum was full and had to be emptied). So the truth is they send people out who have no drive to motivate their elderly, ill clients and have no original ideas on how to get them moving or stimulate them. They would rather not speak up and quit after one visit. The company also uses the excuse that the young people they hire just don’t want to work and there is nothing they can do about it. That’s the best explanation I got. It was an overall horrible experience.

In late 2021 we hired Right at Home to provide in home care for my 91 year old aunt who had recently stopped driving and was becoming less mobile but was not ready to move. We live out of state and needed local help. We interviewed several companies before selecting Right at Home. Prices and services were comparable but Right at Home provided the most flexible contract terms and proper screening of and training for their employees. My aunt was not a willing participant in this decision asserting that she could take care of herself. The company representative we spoke with told us that they would find a good match. Brenda Hayden was the associate chosen and she was perfect! She patiently won my stubborn aunt over and quickly became her friend. She provided light housekeeping, took her on errands, assisted with her daily hygiene, provided incontinence care and was great company. My aunt began to look forward to her coming and relied on her help. We received on line visit logs and had direct contact with Brenda herself. She was our angel. On the few occasions when Brenda was on vacation, the office communicated directly with us offering a replacement. We did have a few other associates fill in but my aunt always happy when Brenda returned. After 18 months she did move to assisted living. Brenda was the ideal person to help her in this transition period. I definitely recommend Right at Home if you are looking for home care in Mesa!

It was a great decision to work with Right at Home when my grandmother's health started declining. The caregivers were very capable and compassionate, and my grandmother genuinely enjoyed their company. The team was very accommodating with scheduling when she moved in and out of the hospital. The caregivers genuinely made her last couple months much more comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend them in a hear beat.

Right at Home East Valley turned down a home care assignment for a relative who is a 99 year old WW2 veteran with a broken hip, after they had already accepted it, without any explanation!! They hung a dying, brave veteran who served our nation with distinction in the Pacific out to dry without any cause or explanation just two weeks before Christmas. Talk about a deplorable and mean-spirited act!

My stint with RAH was 7 weeks. My 40 hr/wk shift halted when my client passed. Leaving me with ZERO hrs and no replacement shift? If your relying on the income this place of employment is a POOR choice. Note: Office staff needs to be trained to communicate effectively without being rude.

They do offer hours that pay good. Especially during holidays and seasonal work. Training program is very good.Usually they work with my shifts and pay is relevant to the job. Becky and Margie are very qualified and nice. Jared Leuer is CoFounder and really goes out for you, as a rule.

Our experience using Right At Home (Mesa) was excellent. After my 80 year old mom wrecked her car and gave up driving, they attended to her needs in a caring, professional manner. We used the service for several months before moving her to New York to live with us.

I work for another caregiving agency and have been referring back and forth with Right at Home for over 2 years now. All I can say is thank you Right at Home staff for your help and communication to make sure people are taken care of. I appreciate you all!

We have been using Right at Home daily for a little more than a year. Our caregiver comes from 8:00 a.m. to noon every day to assist my wife. She has been very reliable about coming, even though she takes just one morning off every two weeks. She has also been helpful with schedule changes to work around medical appointments and my requests for additional respite hours. Right at Home has never had to send us a substitute caregiver. We had a complicated insurance and billing issue. The manager, Jared, got involved and soon fixed the problem.

Worked for these people and it was awful. Unprofessional and horrible staff. I do not recommend working or getting care from this Mesa agency.
