Who doesn't love Ross! But this one is too busy, 2 cashiers for lots of customers! Wtheck! Lines are super long, people are frustrated, and cashiers clearly hate their jobs. Management should know better and plan accordingly; especially on the weekends! I wouldn't recommend this Ross, and they don't have the best of selections either. Some shelves in the home section are near empty if not entirely.

There is a lady with a LATINA face serving at the checkout, and the day before yesterday she told me why don't you speak English 😯, and I told her why don't you speak your Spanish, because I'm not Mexican, she told me with disdain, incredible, I'm not Mexican either. . But I don't see anything wrong with being one. And I bet his family is from Mexico because his facial features are clearly not AMERICAN. Regrettable.

Awesome Customer Service. Greeted Upon Entry with A Smile. My Daughters Shopped without The Extra Shade of Shopping. Establishment was Clean and Well Stocked. Plenty of Parking Available. Definitely Coming Back.

I was there not too long ago, I’m not the best at keeping receipts but that’s my fault and I know that. I had a return with no receipt and this older lady, I believe she was wearing glasses, she was awful to me and yelled out that I can no longer return things using my ID. I wasn’t aware I can use my debit card to find my purchases. She informed me in such a rude manner and yelled it out loud. Everyone looked over at us and it was so embarrassing. She was so bitter and rude. There’s so many other Ross stores with kinder people, not sure at all why they would hire such a rude person

Stood in line for a couple minutes because there was only one cashier the. A worker came up and opened the register behind me and let everyone skip me in line. It’s sad there is no decency left in this world anymore. People take advantage in every way possible.

Rude customer service.
I didn’t her call the register number and when I come up and ask , she snapped and told me ‘I did say 2’
I was shocked on how rude she was.
Her name Makayla.
Will not go back at the store again.

Skinny tall girl working at the fitting rooms on march 5th at around 6:45 was rude. She talked to me like I was stupid for no reason, definitely a mean girl. Yall need to find new jobs if you're going to be bitter and rude to everyone you talk to.
