It's in a seedy neighborhood, so I wasn't surprised when the item I bought was stolen than resealed. They refunded my money, so it wasn't too much of a problem. Great customer service.

Excellent prices for stuff. For example: Their men's dress shoes are just as good as any stores shoes. Any dress shoe requires a good replacement insole. Their sports workout clothes are a wonderful value. I look great at the gym. Vist frequently, it may be gone the next day.

If merchandise such as shoes have scuff marks on them why can't you give a discount. I have to go home a clean a brand new pair of shoes I just purchased. Management needs to fix this issue. Upon request if shoes are scuffed they should be discounted. Other than that customer service was good.
