Went in to pick up 2 prescriptions I had filled online. Picked Safeway because that was the cheapest pharmacy that sells my medications.Something about the Pharmacy Tech's attitude that led to me abandoning my shopping cart and walking out of the store without my prescriptions.It might cost me more to go somewhere else for my non-covered meds, but some days it is not about money. Sometimes it is about manners and respect.One of the items I had abandoned in my cart was a Chocolate Parfait from the Bakery section. I had noticed that several items were expired by 4 days or more. I brought it to the attention of the bakery employee. She seemed annoyed by my concern.I will not be back and I sure wouldn't suggest anyone else shop there either. Rude employees. Expired food. Outrageous!

Great pharmacy! I drive several miles out if my way to use this pharmacy. They are quick and always accurate. Best customer service ever. Tammy and the pharmacist are both very helpful and go out of their way to make sure all your questions are answered.

The past 4 months I have had issues but this one took the cake. I called at 10am and it took 17 tries to get someone to answer. I called at three because I hadn't received a text saying they were filled and she said he doesn't think he has them in stock. I asked wouldn't that have been something good to let me know since I need them today and it's Friday and I need to contact my doctor. She checked with him again and he said he didn't think he had them. I called my doctor so they could transfer this prescription somewhere else, also not knowing if that Pharmacy would have them. I didn't get a call back from the pharmacist and he says he does have them and that he was going to fill them. Shortly there after he calls me back and says that my doctor canceled the prescriptions. I went to the pharmacy where the prescriptions were transferred and they could not build them because it said too soon. I had to call back Safeway Pharmacy repeatedly and finally got through after about eight times and told them. She check with him and he hadn't yet returned them so that the insurance could be billed. I've been with this Pharmacy for years now and this will be the last time they see my face. They are playing with peoples lives and time here and it's gross and disgusting and unacceptable!
