I am so glad I went in vs online ordering as I have NO idea what I am doing with my hair. The girls in the shop, Kat and Kate were so helpful, guided me to the right products that worked on my hair. Kat gave me a link to watch a video if needed for the color enhancement I did. SO GLAD I went in and was offered help! Will absolutely return and seek guidance as needed! My hair looks great and I could not have done it without their help.

They couldn’t answer any of my questions and had no clue on their inventory as they toldMe they didn’t carry items I was inquiring about, when I pointed out that they did carry them and could she check in back or a different store she said it was pointless because they don’t carry that and went back to ordering cookies with her manager at the register

Signal Butte, Mesa AZ location...Poor service - been there a couple of times, always the same.Rather than help, despite saying they would, rep was too busy "gossiping " with another customer.Won't go back again

Super upset. Bought an ion brand lavender permanent color and no joke.. it turned my hair green! With 10 vol developer. Never in my life have i had something like this happen! There was something seriously wrong with the product. My hair was already lavener but fading, i just wanted to brighten the lavender. Now its green. I dont understand and im very irrated.

I purchased a purple conditioner online that made my hair so tangled. I tried to return the items within the 30 days for a refund back on my debit card. I went to the store and the lady couldn't figure out how to return my items without a physical receipt. I contacted customer service and they told me to print a packing slip and go back to the store to return the items. I go back to the store and the associate looks at me like I'm stupid when I hand her the packing slip. She then tells me she doesn't know what to do with it. I asked if there was anyone else that can help and was told the manager is on the phone with a district manage. She told me to come back another time. This was the second time I tried to return the same items! I am not going back again to attempt a return! I don't usually shop at Sally's and I definitely won't be going back after the two bad experience.

I’ve been shopping at Sally beauty For close to 20 years I recently just spent $250 online just buying stuff for myself that was delivered to my house I went into an exchange one of the items and spoke to The manager On signal butte and baseline I found she was very unprofessional especially for being in management as long as she has been she wouldn’t even exchange the item for me and the rappers were still on it never used well guess what Sally beauty Ulta beauty supply right next store and I’m a new customer there now.

Every time I attempt this location the ladies are always rude and never want to help and or even ask if I may need help(most of the time i dont and am in and out quickly). Never go close to closing time either they wont let you in even if you will be in and out quickly. Even if someone is still in there too. You are better off ordering what you need on Amazon or going to CosmoProf.

Went In on Saturday , and the younger girl Lina helped me choose my color and reassured me that i would do just fine doing my color at home. She was really helpful to others as well.the other 2 employees that were there -older gentleman and women were not very engaging and came off as rude.
