Why no matter what location you go to, do Sally's employees make you feel so very uncomfortable!? They literally follow you around the store and watch you shop. Like either they work on commission (which Ik they don't,) or their waiting for you to do something so they can tackle you to the floor! It's so weird and I never get everything I want bc I'm just so nervous the entire time bc like today, this woman NEVER stopped followingl/staring at me! And then, you hear people ask them cosmetology questions and they have no clue how the product works, if you need aUV light etc. Ugh!I wish there was a competitor to Sally's bc I would go there! Lol. The young man in there however was nice and not suffocating.

Even though I was THAT girl, who come in 5 till and says I'll be quick.. knowing my indecisive a$s was gonna be till the literal last second, the girls were sweet and I appreciate that they didnt whisper or scoff as they said "hey, we close in about 2 minutes but no rush." (Girls I know you wanna go home, I gotcha.. ?) Have a great day/night!

I ordered hair dye (black & brown) online with 2 hr delivery and for whatever reason my hair just didn’t take it at all. I brought back the partially used bottles of dye cleaned up, with all my shipping receipts etc and the ladies looked at my hair and were like oh yeah that’s not even close to black! ? anyway, she helped me find a new product and my hair looks amazing now! I would highly recommend ion. The black, red and purples have been great for me & they run sales on ion products and bundles all the time ?I can’t remember their names! ? it was 12/11/22 around 12pm

I have been struggling with my hair color due to self-imposed reasons, bleaching, and damage, and my hair was not taken to color. I went in and spoke with a young lady, Rhi. She is amazing. She took a look at my hair and listened to what I had done and what my end game was and made a bunch of suggestions. She picked 3 products to fix the issues, and I selected a new color. It worked! She is great. She has experimented with her own hair and really knows all the insider secrets. If you're at wits end and struggling, go in and ask for Rhi, you will thank me later!

I took my daughter who just got off work to this Sally's to get hair dye. She never gets off work in time. We got there way before 7pm. Store say closes at 8pm. Door was locked, lights off. Called the store, no answer. As we stood there, 5 more women approached to enter and left! That's 5 sales in 10 minutes they lost! We thought maybe someone went on break and forgot to leave a note so after picking up my other daughter around the corner at her job, we went back 15 minutes later. Still closed. Save your gas and either order online or go to a better Sally's with actual customer service!

The ladies at this location have been quite helpful and polite, the store is very well stocked and the shelves are clean. I like how this one looks a little larger than the other stores, there's enough room for 2 customers walk down the aisles, it's really great!

It says 8PM is when they will be closed but I got there 20 min before 7 no one there door is locked. No sign saying on lunch or on a break. You will be wasting gas coming to this store...?

The guy here SOUNDS like he knows what he's talking about but he doesn't. I felt like he was watching me so I didn't steal anything because he was just standing around in the aisle (not 6 feet away). There wasn't a swatch for a purple semi permanent so I asked if it had a magenta or blue base, just to show I was friendly and wasn't planning on stealing anything. He said it didn't have a magenta base then proceeded to try and sell me Ion colors, which I said never come out correctly. He was condescending in saying "well yeah, because the swatches are dyed on white strands". I understand that, being a former Sally manager and hair stylist, but he did not need to be condescending. He then tried to sell me permanent colors when all I asked was what the base for the product my client wanted. The product that he said didn't have a magenta base, does in fact have a very pigmented magenta base and I'm so lucky we only did a strand test and I had a backup color with a blue base. I will never go back to this store and if he was my employee, he would definitely be brought down a few notches.

I have such mixed reviews to give here. On one hand the manager is amazing and I adore her to death.... (she gets 5 stars daily) but the guy who works there he doesn't deserve any!!!!! I have nothing but issues every time I go in there!! Today was nothing short of total Bs again. I had items in my hands and now since you can either pay for a bag (which I won't wtf) I took the option to take my items and put them in my purse he open one of them items!!!! It wasn't opened prior because it would have spilled all over me and once I left and pulled items out of my purse is when I realized it!!!! WTF!!!!!!!!! He is tells me to put my mask up after I pulled it down to open my damn phone, and needing to open my "wallet" on credit cards and he is BEHIND plastic as well and gets lippy with me!!!! EVERY time I go and he is there it's an issue and I will no longer go to this one because of him... sadly it's the closest one too. Grrrrr thanks jerk. You don't belong in customer service.
