Manager had total attitude, very unprofessional and acted like I was burning her by asking her questions and then looked at me like I was stupid for asking the questions. Learn some customer service if you're going to serve customers.

One of the ladies working was very nice. She told me her name but I don't remember. She also told me about a promotion that was starting the upcoming month. I was in there to look a new product for my locs and was very surprised about the variety they had. The store was very neat and clean as usual. The one I finally landed on is a winner by the way. so overall it was a good experience.

My new go-to spot forhair and nail supplies. I absolutely love this store because the mgt is so great. Great customer service will always encourage me to be loyal to a business. If I don't like something I purchased she always lets me do a refund or exchange without the bad attitude yo get from so many other places. I had copper blonde hair. When I went in. I specially asked for a color recommendation that would be an exact match. It came out orange. Now it’s so bright and look like a complete carrot top. Wasted time and money and now I have to have it corrected. Totally pissed.

Went in looking for metal hair clips and employee Nancy stated they didn't have any, as she cut me off, she knew what I wanted , they are to clip your extensions in! I clearly said NO, they are to hold your hair, and she cut me off again, by saying NO we don't have them I know what you mean for hair extensions! I tried to explain to a 3rd time, then she stormed off from me mumbling in need coffee, I can't deal with her! And another employee walk out and Nancy advised her to handle me cause I wouldn't except 3 NO'S!! So this employee started trying to assist, and explaining they didn't have, and maybe where I could get them? And I just ask for corporates #, and that other employee's name, and went on my way!I have spoken to corporate and Nancy will be getting a talking too....I'm posting this cause of the way she ask the other employee to handle me!!No one should ask someone to be handled!?!?

It should have been a pleasant experience, but for the woman who should have been willing to help me. Instead, I had to ask her questions about certain products 3 different times. Instead of being helpful, she stated that all of their products were the same. Except for with the hair dye. The only difference is that you mix one in a bowl, and the other in a bottle. She was no help at all. I believe she may have been the manager. And regardless of whether she had to change some product prices or not, could have, at the very least, given a steady customer a few minutes of undivided attention. I have been a manager for years, and nothing would keep me from being kind and helpful to a customer. She made me feel so uncomfortable, that I didn't buy more products that I needed, as I knew she didn't and wouldn't give me two minutes of her time. I will never shop there again. How sad that people cannot be kind or helpful to one another. I made sure that I was extremely kind to this woman. And very apologetic for having to ask questions about their products. I will definitely find another store to do all of my shopping.

This was one of many Sally Beauty I have recently visited. All have had almost no comb inventory. What was unacceptable the manner in which I was addressed. It is a small store in size and personnel.I was walking through the store. Each place has their own placement of inventory. Zero consistency . Wandering through the store I was addressed. I said I was looking for combs. The clerk pointed her hand towards the floor and towards the back of the store with any eye contact or looking at me. I responded, bet you 5 cents you don't have any. The comb space was almost entirely empty.

They are nearly cleared out. Low stock on everything since last year and the covid shutdown. I would try some place else or amazon.

Very very unpleasant experience I just went to purchase a new pair of scissors and I was with my kids. An employee with short blonde hair came up to me and with a very bad attitude told me to tell my kids to stop touching the brushes because they were putting their hands all over them making it seem like my kids had dirty hads. There are no signs that say not to touch them and I'm sure everyone picks them up, so she just wanted to be rude. Save yourself a bad time and take your business somewhere else. I OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T END UP BUYING ANYTHING.

I loved the women that I spoke to about 20 minutes ago, she was so kind and truly helpful and even helped me get connected to others stores. I feel that Sally Beuaty supply chain is doing an excellent job with taking care of the customers keep up the amazing work everyone. ????
