Dropped into this location because it was convenient or so I thought….. The employees were not friendly or helpful. Asked for a cash refund for unused products (with receipt), and they apparently could not refund in cash because they didn’t have enough cash, due to the store being too slow.
Was also advised to go to another store… like it is not inconvenience… gas, time, and in this summer heat. Thanks for nothing. At this point just close this location.

I just went in there with my daughter and Olivia was working. She was very pretty, she was professional and the way she handled transactions and different customers, and she also offered very helpful and specific advice that we used. She also helped us pick out the right products that we needed, quickly and professionally.

I visited Sally a few weeks ago and was very happy with the suggestion that Sam made bc I have frizzy curly hair that has a life of it's own 😅
While I had opted for a mousse thing for my hair, she came up to me and asked me what my needs were, and then picked up the ' Mango butter'. I'm really happy she did bc it's been really helpful for taming my hair.
Alisica was very helpful today while I picked up this lavender vanilla hair perfume, a hair mask and a body scrub that is amazing 😍

Alisica is awesome. I drove 30 minutes to this location because it was the closest Sally’s with the hair dye I needed in stock(according to the website). I got there just after opening and it turned out that one of the products I needed was still in the box from their morning restock shipment. Alisica was so great and patient and went through all the boxes until she found what I was looking for. She really is the best. I’ll definitely be back!

The little older Asian lady that works there gives off racist vibes. I’ve been into a lot of Sally’s stores and have never been followed around. I didn’t even have a purse or anything just came in for one item. I even thought maybe I’m just in my head, so I continued to act like I was looking around the store for something else. To no surprise there she goes, pretending she is rearranging something in the aisle. But I can see her eyes starting at me the whole time! Sorry you’ve had a few bad apples, but seriously lady not every human being with darker skin than you is a thief. God bless you ❤️

Store manager is literally a DRAMA QUEEN. Each and every time I walk in this store, she is talking about one of her employees to another or talking about someone who used to work there or a frequent customer. Sallys needs to come in on the low and I guarantee she'll be running her mouth about someone.

Witnessed an unprovoked customer full of rude attitude as she approached the counter. Manager was excellent at handling her. Customer came out ahead & STILL made a snide remark. Sally Beauty- give recognition to this Manager or another employer will.

Manager is rude and does not know what she's doing. Went in trying to resolve an issue but she refused to help me and told me to go to another Sally's. I'm surprised by who they let run that store. A while ago I bought some hair dye they recommended and bought all these expensive dyes and developers that was supposed to be better then box die. It faded quickly and would stain my bed sheets and clothes every time I showered. Horrible, never take advise or recommendations from them.
