The little older Asian lady that works there gives off racist vibes. I’ve been into a lot of Sally’s stores and have never been followed around. I didn’t even have a purse or anything just came in for one item. I even thought maybe I’m just in my head, so I continued to act like I was looking around the store for something else. To no surprise there she goes, pretending she is rearranging something in the aisle. But I can see her eyes starting at me the whole time! Sorry you’ve had a few bad apples, but seriously lady not every human being with darker skin than you is a thief. God bless you ❤️

Store manager is literally a DRAMA QUEEN. Each and every time I walk in this store, she is talking about one of her employees to another or talking about someone who used to work there or a frequent customer. Sallys needs to come in on the low and I guarantee she'll be running her mouth about someone.

Witnessed an unprovoked customer full of rude attitude as she approached the counter. Manager was excellent at handling her. Customer came out ahead & STILL made a snide remark. Sally Beauty- give recognition to this Manager or another employer will.

Manager is rude and does not know what she's doing. Went in trying to resolve an issue but she refused to help me and told me to go to another Sally's. I'm surprised by who they let run that store. A while ago I bought some hair dye they recommended and bought all these expensive dyes and developers that was supposed to be better then box die. It faded quickly and would stain my bed sheets and clothes every time I showered. Horrible, never take advise or recommendations from them.

Last minute shopping the day before Christmas Eve. Show up at 6 pm and the store is complete shut down even though the sign on the door says they are open until 8 pm

Be back in 10 min? I don't think so. I waited 25 min and nobody returned.This is the third time I have come here and there closed when they were suppose to be open.

I bought 2 Falsecara kits and an extra set of Falsecara lashes using a buy one get one free one time use coupon. I could have got my purchase shipped but I chose to pick up in store. When I first went to pick my purchase up the store wasn't even open during the advertised business hours. Then when I was finally able to pick up the order, I find out when I'm putting my receipt in the bag that the two items I purchased with my buy one get one free coupon aren't even in my bag! The associate tells me not to worry because I won't be charged for the items I'm not getting. I don't care if I'm not charged! I want the items I purchased with my buy one get one free coupon! If it's not available at the store, I want it shipped to me instead! The issue?! I'm still seeing that the purchase is available for pick up and hasn't been cancelled and I'm showing a pending charge for my entire purchase. I tried contacting customer and was advised that I would have to pay full price if I want to have the two kits shipped to me because I already used the coupon and it's now expired. The most they could do was offer me a 20% discount. After 45 minutes of the worst customer service agent telling me I'm basically screwed, they then tell me I can buy the set again to have it shipped and then could get a refund after it ships!!!! Really!!!!

Yeah so I can’t ever seem to catch them on a day where they actually want to be open I’ve lived across the street from the Mesa location on Gilbert for four years and in those four years there has never been a consistent level of customer service… And when I say I can’t ever catch them open I mean that I put in an order for pick up two days ago and every single day I go to pick it up it says that their AC is having issues so they’re closed for the day no problem is that note is up every day! And of course when I placed my hundred dollar order I was not informed that they were not going to be there and of course the only way to get my order changed to a different location or canceled is by someone in that location handling it for me which is pretty hard if they’re not there! I realize that my pitiful little $500 a year is not a big deal to a company like that however I just feel like they should care a little bit about their customers

I really wish this store would just close down. This location sucks. It is never open when they’re supposed to be open. They close at 6pm…. It’s 5:45pm I’m here the cages are up over the windows and doors and it’s pitch black. How does this store even stay open when they’re never open. This is like the 4th time in 2 months I’ve driven to this specific location when they were supposed to be open and they were closed.

Ordered my products from this store for in-store pick up since they’re the only store with all the products I needed. They’re having AC issues but never put the hours of operation on the door due to AC issues, it just said closed. Tried to pick up my order before the 3 day window and they were closed, I even called and no one answered. My order was cancelled on day 3 and now I’m without products due to the store cancelling my order. It just so happened, today is day 4 and I called the store and someone picks up and FINALLY tells me they close at 1 when I’m calling at 12:30. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND GO TO THIS LOCATION. People are rude and inconsiderate of your time. The reason why they have stock is because no one is even able to purchase from them. Please visit another sally beauty store, avoid this location at all cost.

Most of the time there closed even if there times are posted there really not opened, plus even calling doesn’t help.
