Usually don’t write this kind of reviews but I arrived at this location at 5:15 pm and the ladies were closing actually they were still there and they didn’t have a serious explanation for why. Also they park on the front of the store leaving no space for costumers to park. 😳

DO NOT go to this location!!! I have been going to Sallys my entire life all over the country and have never had such an awful experience. Usually, the ladies that work there understand that when a customer comes in we might not know exactly what we want and might want to look at a few things Etc, shoosh even when you know what you are buying its Sallys and you have to look around and the new products and clearance section but this place made me feel like I wasn't supposed to be there. I know the girls always ask if there is anything that they can help with or recommend but when you tell them that you're just looking and will let them know if you have questions they usually understand. Anyhow, I went into this store and I told the girl that I wanted to look around and check out the clearance and I was trying to decide what color I wanted and that I would let her know if or when I needed her assistance, she was rude from the second I walked in, she then came and asked me multiple times do you need me to help you find something? Again, NO I am browsing they currently have a ton of clearance on multiple isles in the store. I grabbed the items I originally came in for and went to go look at dye bottles, I have really bad carpal tunnel so I kind of squeeze the bottles so that I can find the easiest thinnest option that won't hurt my hands as bad. I then heard her tell her coworker who had just got in to go to the back of the store where I was and see what I was doing. Her "whisper" was not very whispery and I heard every bit of it. I hurried and went to check out and she was even rude and huffy because I was looking at the small items up at the register area as if I was really inconveniencing her to have to wait a second when the store was slow and there wasn't anyone else there. Very bad customer service!

I’m doing this to get the managements attention, hopefully. This is a PRIME season and if your phone lines are not working, that’s major issue. Drove out of my way just to find out you don’t have my item in stock or anywhere close to me. FIX IT. The employees don’t seem to appreciate it either!!

I really felt like the associate I came in contact with to ask a question, was quite useless, and she seemed annoyed a question was being asked of her.

To the skinny Latina cashier who left the building to scream "IF YOURE BROKE JUST SAY THAT" at me.. as loud as she possibly could while I was walking to my car, You made me cry. That was extremely disrespectful.

Manger Saturday, February 4, 2023 wouldn’t return unopened gel nail polish because I didn’t have the box wouldn’t even exchange it. Lost $60 won’t be going back to this location unprofessional, and goes against their policy. Product ones used just didn’t have the package outside box still had the SKU number on it. lost my business Indefinitely.

So the store, is great, the older women shes lovely. But when asking about how to take care of my curly hair, the younger employee gave a bad attitude about me asking about it. Said current products weren't ment for me. For culture reasons, its understandable. BUT give me an alternative atleast. It just left gross, and left like gate keeping. And I did not appreciate it.
