Prices are ridiculous, theyve followed in goodwill footsteps. $10.99-15.99 for a used shirt, $22 for shoes.. is crazy... ross & DDs is same or cheaper for new. Still love the selection & better quality than other thrift stores. But the prices got to go back down. Just look for the colored tags, 3 colors at a time- 50% off.

Very friendly staff. Same discount program as Value Village which is nice. Place was clean and pretty well organized. Pricing idmf clothes was rather high, esp for how worn many were. Otherwise a great location and I will be back

I’m not really sure what the negative reviews are about , but personally I’ve never had a negative experience here. I often find a lot of things (especially Mondays half off) for a great price . I do think outside of half off days , they ask a bit much . However other wise good deals . Some weeks are a hit or miss - as any other thrift store or store in general! You’ll get good stuff if you come before they open from my experience.

Massive shout out to Debbie the Manager!!!! She is SO awesome!!! Her customer service was so above and beyond yesterday!!! I was shopping at Savers yesterday on their busiest shopping day (50% off day) and I found a shirt I loved that did not have a tag on it. I asked an associate what to do and she told me she could price it for me and she asked my name in the event she couldn't find me again she would leave it by the registers. When I got ready to check out I inquired about the shirt, but no one could find it. Another associate said she had seen it but the original personal had already left for the day so we couldn't even ask her. I was bummed because I wanted to wear it for my birthday the following day, and I made a mental note to just next time keep the item with me and have them price it when I'm checking out. As I was still checking out, Debbie, came walking towards me with the shirt in her hand! She had gone and checked the cameras to see what the previous associate had done with it!!! Thank you Debbie!!! You're the best!!!

Found some good items. They put security tags on the shoes that poke holes in the shoes when they remove the tags at check out. Messed up the shoes I was going to buy. So I just didn't get them.

I’ve been shopping at Savers my whole life, and while this location has some decent finds, it’s just okay overall. Be aware that the return policy only applies to clothing, and even then, it’s same-day exchange for store credit. No returns or exchanges on anything else — which makes it tough when you want to take something home to see if it actually works.
Also, the prices are surprisingly high for a thrift store. With the limited return policy and the cost of some items, it feels more like a gamble than a deal. I’ve loved Savers for years, but this one didn’t really hit the mark.

U can’t find a tee shirt for under $5 anymore. The employees re-sell. Greedy employees and greedy company.

I was led to believe that this was a non profit organization supportingchildren in need. It is not according to their website. I will never donate here again.

Absolutely positively the worst savers I have ever been to! The workers did not want to help. kept telling everyone to use self-checkout. We watched several of them to go outside and smoke and drink soda then come back in and stand at the self-checkout and watch everybody. I am disabled and I needed help and no one wanted to help me. There was another lady there who said she was on a fixed income and could just not could not afford the prices, so she asked one of the girls working there what she should do with her items and she told her to go put them all back if she was not going to buy them. Absolutely disgraceful I have shopped at savers for 30 years. I will not be doing it anymore. Several church functions that I attend, and we often times donate. At the next meeting I'm relaying all of this experience and saying please don't donate to them any longer I am sure there are other stores that would appreciate our donations and our patronage
