Sheep herders park was everything that we expected it to be. There were no surprises, and this was good because I don’t like surprises. It functioned as a place for us to park and walk to go to the cool spot where all of the COOL kids hang out. There’s no other place like this in the whole world that I have ever been to. I was able to connect to the local area as I sat on the swing and reviewed Satellite imagery on Google maps. I highly recommend this place to every wandering soul.

A fun time for me, my siblings, and our nieces and nephew! Plenty of playground equipment and friendly people around. Well-kept. Pickle ball court was a plus! Nice open fields (2 grass, 1 dirt), and a half basketball court too.FYI: small ramada, not a lot of parking

It is slightly south of McDowell Rd and the entrance is attractive. Parking is decent. You can enter orexit the park from the north side and the same for the south, southeast side. The south entrance is walking or bikeriding. Parking lot is towards the northside. It is not as attractive once you are in the park. Nothing wrong just a different atmosphere of partial grass and partial dirt. New trees have been planted and will improve the west side on the southside of the park. It has a drinking fountain that could use some attention. Park is clean and well maintained.Medium to large it does not have a lot. Playground is okay as is basketball and horseshoes. There are some nice trees. Basketball court is okay. While there today, 06/28/22 , there were no cars and one bike rider and one dog walker. Also two teenagers rode their bikes and seemed to truly appreciate the swings. Park has a single pickle ball court in decent contion. No fencing and no signage on needing to trserve.

Hidden gem. Lots of space and playground equipment. There is a bunch of unused space in hope they are able to eventually develop
