Went in today to hopefully choose a paint color for my office. I have been to multiple places untill I walked into here. Will was awesome. He helped me choose the most awesome color. He was so helpful. He's a young man and so professional. It's hard to amaze me and he did. Now next weekend is a sale on paint. I will go ask for Will and buy my paint. I'm a local teacher and was hoping to paint my classroom for this upcoming year. I called to see if they offered any discounts for teachers and Chris told me to head into the store to see if we could work something out. I was blown away when I got there and he told me that he could donate a gallon for both myself and my coworker! I loved the color and the way my classroom looks now! Thank you so much for all of your help Chris! I will definitely be purchasing all of my paint and supplies from Sherwin-Williams from now on!

5 stars for sure! I'll definitely be frequenting this paint store. There was plenty of parking and the store itself was obviously brand new. Walked in and was greeted. Found the paint color I wanted using their beautifully arranged color swatches. Told the guy at the counter what I wanted and received my paint cans within 5 minutes! It was a 5 star experience and I'll definitely be returning!

We drove by and the lights were out and looked closed even though it was 3:30 and the internet said open until 4 so we did a different errand first. Went back by to double check hours and it was not yet 4:00 but doors were locked. Joey came to the door and let us in and then approached us at 4:00 on the dot and kicked us out. We certainly would have been considerate of his time but he said “I need you guys to leave right now it’s 4:00”. It was exactly 4:00 and I absolutely could not believe it. Never ever going to give them my business.

Everyone was so nice! I had some idea of what I was doing and the crew’s expertise helped me finalize everything.There was an older lady who I heard say a few things that rubbed me wrong-but overall BEST PAINT EXPERIENCE!

Placed an order for Wednesday, tried to cancel less than 2 hour later. Ordered at 854, called at 1017. The rep flat out told me it’s too late it ready for pick up. I explained that I ordered for Wednesday and it’s the wrong finish. He didn’t even take my information to confirm who I was. He did not offer to help except to order me a second 5 gallon of the correct finish, I told him I just had a painter here and they would purchase the product. All he said was sorry, there is nothing he can do. That will be me last order with Sherwin Williams. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Mind you, I’ve used your business numerous times and it WAS my go to place regardless if it was a higher price point.

This store has very good on customer sevice.Joey is the guy to go to for matching on paints etc, he is very good at what he does.

This is the place to go for top notch product for sure. But they also provide excellent design advice to support your decorating efforts. You can buy the product elsewhere, but you won't get the free service and advice. We are now converts to Sherwin Williams at this location.

Great paint shop & friendly people. I was in today to look at some more colors for a couple of home projects. Terri & another young lady (I’m sorry, I didn’t catch her name)- were very helpful & answered all my questions about paint colors. They helped me in finally deciding on colors! I much appreciated their time.

Came to get paint and ask for advice on a diy project and the cashier was really sassy and not helpful at all. I would make an effort to avoid this store for the bad customer service.

The ''Assistant Manager'' was rude and didn't have interest in helping us out. Queen Creek location was so much better and helped us out.

The younger guy at this store is rude. I will not go back to this store. The store on powerSouth of baseline was really helpful and took 30 minutes helping me find the correct paint for my project. Alex worked with me and I was not an inconvenience.
