To be honest, I would give zero stars, if we could.
I'm not sure what happened or what kind of day this guy was having or if he was just stoned out of his mind, but the service (or COMPLETE lack of it) was incredibly bad. John (working last Saturday, 2/17/24) didn't seem to want to help us. In fact, he actively talked us out of buying paint. He was apathetic, lazy, and borderline rude. Like I said, I don't know what kind of day he was having, but he made ours worse...and didn't help us at all. It's a shame. We won't be going back to Sherwin Williams.

Had to match the color on a white cabinet drawer front (one of the hardest colors to match) and John quickly and PERFECTLY made that happen. Top quality product helped the end result look factory applied!

Changing review because I had a decent experience here years ago when helping my grandmother,I won’t blame this store for the disrespectful overnight security they have hired on the intercom however I do advise them to look into his actions and maybe have everything he says recorded so if another situation like mine occurs to me or anybody else they can be reprimanded as anybody should for harassment of the innocent. This country IS still innocent until proven guilty as hard as that is to believe, remember that before you over step your rights, night guard.
