All workers were very attentive to customers as soon as they walked in.Romero and carmena (m/s) attended to us and made sure my son was satisfied with his choice in tennis shoes!!

I went to shoe palace today at the 753 S Alma school rd March 3 around 1:40 pm while we where shopping looking around at shoes an African American male was following us in the store. I always purchase shoes when I go into the store while we had the shoe in our hand before we can make a purchase. The African American male walked up and snatched the shoe out my hand he was a store employee he continued to walk everywhere I walked I’m not sure if he was begin funny or think we all come for a discount but I pay for all my things. Not a thief just purchased four pairs of shoes from this same store. Three days ago and then to come into this establishment and feel like damn these so called workers rude unprofessional like ain’t no one scared of an hourly employee hopefully the corporate and management teams reviews this and some disciplinary actions are taking respect the paying customers you would not have a job if we did not shop in the stores I will be calling the store to speak with management tomorrow do better as an employee if you don’t like your job quit don’t take it out on the customers. We where not greeted entering the store like normal they just looked no help just sad service.

Google says they close at 9. Drove 20 mins for them to close at 8 on a Saturday. Fix your hours.

Horrible customer service called and ask about a certain shoe size employee on the phone said they had the shoe size! (I asked was he sure and he said yes) Took a 40min drive same day and was lied to.

I went into this location on 3 separate occasions. The first one was around back to school time so I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt. But the other two were Unacceptable! Both times the store was NOT busy, maybe 3 other customers in the store with me. 2 of them being helped while myself and the other one were waiting for help. I had a pair of shoes in my hand and 2 different employees walked right by me, seen me and didn’t greet me or ask if I needed help. But once they were done they were at the cash register talking with the other employees. I walked out both times not being greeted, not asked if I need something or a goodbye. Smh quit hiring kids who are useless! Or teach them how to do customer service.

I want to first say the employees here are so nice and down to earth when it comes to giving knowledge about the shoes and brands and what’s trending etc! Now I am no sneaker head on any way but I have teen boys one of which just turned 20 and Keon was so patient with me when it came to helping pick a shoe out for my 20 yr old son’s birthday! As indecisive as I was he answered all my questions and checked the inventory on the many many many shoes I looked at lol! He helped me pick out a shoe that my son ended up really liking! Thank you to everybody that helped especially Keon!!! Will definitely be back!!!!

This place is a hidden Gem. Great selection and great prices; much better prices than Foot Locker, Finish Line, etc. Jacob the sales associate was awesome. He was very friendly and really went the extra mile in helping us. I'll definitely be back.

I had a store check the computer at one location miles away. Found a pair of Jordans in my size, visit that 2nd location in person. The store associate checked 3 times with the “manager” (I am guessing). Then both were angry that I asked if they too can check their computer to find my size. Something fishy is going on and it is not fair to consumers. Shoe Palace since none of your stores in Arizona answer phone calls please contact me.
