This place is so great, they helped us through a very tough time when we lost our baby girl, Coco?. We got another puppy and the people who sold her to us sold us a sick dog! We are heart broken to say the least but they are doing everything they can to sod her back to a healthy pup. Thanks to everyone for helping our baby girls. ❤️ ?

I have lost 4 cats 2 within a month of each other.but I have another cat that is 18 years old and I can't trim his nials or shave hid matted hair without shots,even though he has been indoors his entire live.Also the last kitten I took down I was to say goodbye to I did not get a condolence card......

Nice people but OUTLANDISH pricing. We took a cat for a ringworm treatment. One cat, we already knew it was ringworm. They fleeced us for $400 friggin dollars! They did an ear cleaning and treatment without asking and charged $150+. All this isn't even including the medication! We had to do a payment plan because they charged so much. Sorry but they're just unreasonably priced and they aren't considerate of people's hard earned money. They should have asked, very intentionally, if we wanted to spend another 150 on his ears. We didn't go there for that. Grrrrr......predators.

Dr. Olson was very nice during the consultation of our older dog but the front desk receptionists look like are having a hard time. I called again today bc we just got a new puppy but the receptionist put me on hold bc I didn't understand what she said. She spoke very fast btw and I'm not American so I still have difficulty understanding English sometimes. But I'd like to thanks Amber bc now I found another Vet closer to my home. I won't pay to be mistreated. I will definitely look for other vets that can provide better service.

TOP NOTCH!! From the first call to make an appointment. Nothing but complete understanding for my concerns. They wrote down all my concerns. At the appointment....it was awesome! We were understood by the caring staff the moment we walked in. Our boy knew he was safe....All went very well. He was a champ. We highly recommend Bayfield at Signal Butte at Petsmart.Thank You !!!!

A very compassionate team. Everyone was amazing from the front desk to the Doctors. They allowed our kitty to pass the rainbow Bridge in comfort & peace. RIP Static Cat! We love you!

We have been taking our dog here for a couple of years now. Convenient location and hours, clean environment, knowledgeable vets. However, our satisfaction with them has decreased in the recent months. Front desk/phone staff can be short, not so friendly or welcoming. Their pricing seems to have gone up significantly. Our dog was diagnosed with cancer in October, had surgery and follow up at this location. She declined after Christmas and after a visit with them 2 weeks ago, decided comfort care at home was necessary. The vet informed us of in office euthanasia prices and policies at this time, advised that we could call same day when the time came and no appt was needed, they would provide a room and time to mourn and be with her. We called mid morning on that unfortunate day and were told they had no appts, when trying to discuss the information the vet had given us, office staff rudely commented that we could bring her in as a walk in appt but would be waiting in the lobby for a long time. Needless to say, we are very disappointed in their lack of sympathy and compassion at a very hard time when our pet family member was lethargic and in pain, especially after the length of time and thousands of dollars we have spent there. Will not be going back to them with our remaining pets.

I came to Signal Butte Animal hospital to have a sedated nail trim done on my Chesapeake Bay Retriever. The Vet and Technician were very helpful in explaining options and course of treatment. The Tech explained how she would work to get the nails as short as possible and smoothed. I was surprised at how great a job she did on the nails. They look the best of any nail trim I have had done by both breeders and show handlers. Job well done. Thank you!

I am new to the area and made an appt. based on recommendations from a FB Group.I found that the facility was clean and had caring Vets and Vet Techs.Appointment availability was not a problem, got in the next day.Went in for initial wellness check and canine influenza booster shot. My pup, Benny, was very relaxed and responded well to the facility, vet and vet tech. I loved that I got a follow-up text the day after our visit.Pleasant experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to return if it was necessary.
