“I’m so surprised to see such low ratings. I visited 2 staples stores and had horrible experiences. I found this place to be a breath of fresh air. I worked with Angelica but was in the facility for a long time and saw all the employees taking great care of the customers. I can’t speak for other’s experiences, but I went very much out of my way to get enlargements & laminations done. This is definitely my new go to place. It is true that they were a little bit more expensive to do what I needed, however Angelica was quick to show me how I could get the same service much cheaper on line or via do it yourself. “I frequent this location often and usually never had good experiences. No one ever acknowledged me coming in and employees seemed annoyed if anyone asked for help. However the new employees are great and i have had great experiences the last couple times. Luz has the patience of an angel . I can’t remember the other employees name best i can describe them is with short hair and glasses. They were both so kind to me. Thank you for not making me feel bad for needing help.”

“I brought a monochromatic painting here to have them make a copy of it for the model. The painting was 14x17. The closest size they could print was 13x19. They took the time with me to confirm that the painting was being set up correctly in Photoshop before printing it. They gave me multiple prints to compare, and I left with 2 different copies of the painting that were equally impressive. They were fast, friendly, professional, and affordable. Teddy the pup was adorable.”
