Small Move Specialists recently helped me move to my new apartment. They made me feel safe and respected while in my home. They were efficient, and careful with my items. They checked in with me with lots of questions, and even called me before the appointment to offer to come early which I kindly accepted. The cost estimate they quoted me was less than half of every other major moving company, even with the extra fuel charges for them to come up north to my area- it still saved a lot of money. Definitely would recommend and use these guys again.

Awesome group of guys did a great job helping me go from a third floor apartment to a first floor apartment. They did everything professionally and handled all of my belongings with care. I have moved throughout the USA and this was definitely one of if not the best experience I've had with a small moving company 10/10 I'd highly recommend to anybody looking to move in general.

The most outstanding moving experience, bar none!. The team comunicated well, arrived on time, and moved quickly and safely. When we needed some flexibility at the end of the move, they got the job done. My family felt comfortable and secure at all times during the move. We have used a couple of movers locally over time and none have compared to Small Move Specialists. Their pricing beat all other estimates too! Highly recommend them without hesitation.

Had a great experience from the beginning to the end. The owner is hands on and followed through in all ways with my move. This was a last min move on limited budget. The owner worked with me and my move didn’t cost a fortune. The guys who moved me were so accommodating, professional, and had a lot of patience. I am very satisfied and recommend their service 100%

I’ve used small movers specialists many times in the past. I will still continue to use their business for the foreseeable future. Thank you so much Darren. Malcolm and Howard were fantastic, on top of things and PROFESSIONAL , that’s very hard to find with other companies I’ve used. Job was done in a timely manner as well. Thank you again. I cant say I would recommend this company. The movers came to me complaining they were tired & causing them to drop things ( luckily they were not breakable items) they seemed more interested in talkin to me then moving my stuff which costs me more bc time is money. When we got to the destination the mover asked me to take him to get sum water. I thought tht was very unprofessional & not my responsibility. And nobody informed me that I had to pay cash bc I moved into a storage so after they loaded my stuff luckily I wasnt far from an ATM (major inconvenience & uncomfortable as a woman). Given I had to go to an ATM the mover didnt even think of giving me change back nor a receipt (took them a week & leaving several msgs to get it & didnt even include what I paid with the change that they took as a tip) Also I lost 2 things from this move so now i hv to spend more money replacing. The trucks had the ramp coming apart which concerned me for their safety as well as my belongings. I came here as a referral & even they were embarrassed having referred me after my experience. Will not be using them again.
