Omg!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Used for 2 wks then locked again. Haven't tried to use again until today and it's locked again WITHOUT password on it.Called and told them the problem and was told " I CANT GUARANTEE MY WORK TO LAST 4 MONTHS!"If I could give -negative ⭐ it would be 100 neg stars.

Brought my son over to see about upgrading his PC and nobody was there. Only a sign that says "Call if we aren't around". Don't have posted hours if you aren't going to be there during them...bad business practice.

Sometimes the best measure of a company's commitment to customers is shown when everything DOESN'T go right. We bought a refurbished laptop and the screen was bad. They went out of their way to make it right and even delivered the repaired product to our house. Thank you Dave for making it right. The personal touch makes a huge difference.

Called and was told they could look at a broken laptop and let us know what it needed. They were kind and sounded helpful. I was surprised to get a phone call a few days later saying it was fixed, without giving us info/price to okay first. It was 70$ and felt that was reasonable and was grateful it was fixed. Picked it up and brought it home only to find it still wasn't charging. Called thinking there was a misunderstanding or maybe I was doing something wrong. Based on prior experience with them I thought they'd be willing to take it back and actually fix it, instead they said they replaced one part so if we wanted to bring it in again and pay again we could. Don't feel we should pay until the problem is actually fixed..paid 70$ for nothing

Dave is the man. His company helped my sales team years ago w our numerous laptop issues. I recently bought an office computer from Dave last summer and he updated an item I needed free of charge. He also gets back to people promptly. I wish I bought my last laptop from him, Urgh to Amazon laptop purchases

I ran into a problem with needing a sata cable and Dave fix me right up. I was up and running later. I found that I had another problem that I could not fix. So I called Dave and he took care of my hard drive problem and no more worries! I now know where to go from now on for my computer repairs and upgrades. Thanks Dave

Our computer decided to take an extended nap during the quarantine and we couldn't wake it up. The store we purchased it was not taking any repairs; understandably. So we found this place, called him and he said if I can get there quickly he could take it in for a diagnostic. We are only a few minutes away, so we went. He was very kind, and said he'd take a look and give me a call. Another gentleman came in with a lot of questions so I left. I no sooner got home, Dan called and said our computer came of the coma. Just a bad ventilator (power cord). $39 to replace it and done. I couldnt be more pleased. Thank you!

I have been using SoftQue for years now. I buy my computer devices and also have them repaired there. Dave has always been there to save my computer and my sanity! Most current problem was with my desktop. I tried to research the problem on my laptop so that I could "fix" the problem myself. After reading the steps to possibly remedy the problem(s), I decided my 1st step would be to take it to SoftQue! Dave had it up and running within a day! He also gave it a "tuneup" because it was slow and increased my RAMS. The desktop runs like new! I have recommended SoftQue to family members, neighbors, and friends. Folks have always been very satisfied. Thanks SoftQue!
