Updated insurance information on website before I went in. Lab tech took insurance while I was on location for my appointment. still billed the full amount without insurance! tried to update on website and just got errors. had to call. really don't appreciate you making customers do your legwork for you with insurance.

If you get an appointment. Don't go early. You will have to wait until your appointment to get in. Walk-ins will get in first. It's been 4 days and my Dr. Hasn't received the results.

Office hours are very poor, if you work for a living, good luck having a blood draw done because there is nothing available after 3pm. So in order to get access I would have to take time off work to get basic medical care.

What a nightmare! Needed to schedule lab work for my father. Called and would not do it over the phone only via their website. Had to create an account which after an HOUR still did not have an appointment or even an account as their website kept messing up. Can't even begin to tell you have many times I added the same info over and over! Finally got fed up and went to Labcorp and scheduled an appointment. After that got an email that I had an account set up. Too late, your horrible service sent me elsewhere!

They were late getting me into my appointment. When my name was called for what I thought was time they had me pay the bill and then sent me back out to the waiting room.

The employees were really nice. Unfortunately the lady at the front did not look at my order so I had to sit and wait 45 minutes until I was taken back. Only to be told they don't do the blood work that was needed, complete waste of time!

The person working the front desk on June 13th, 2025 at 12:00 pm was very rude at the brown and Recker location my wife is a breast cancer patient you would think more compassion would be shown

Outstanding Teamwork and Compassionate Care
I visited Sonora Quest Labs, located at 6106 E Broen Rd #101, Mesa Az, 85205 on Saturday, June 7th, arriving around 6:40 AM, knowing they opened at 7:00. There was already a long line, and several more people joined before the doors opened promptly at 7:00 AM. Despite the busy morning, I was genuinely impressed by how smoothly everything was run and how many patients had already been brought back so quickly.
What truly stood out to me was the kindness, professionalism, and efficiency of the front desk staff. They handled the crowd with grace and made everyone feel welcome.
When it was my turn, I was greeted by a phlebotomist named Emma, who was gentle and caring. My lab order required nearly 10 vials of blood—a challenge for me, as I have small veins that often make draws difficult. Emma was able to get one vial before the vein gave out.
That's when the incredible teamwork began: Angelique, another phlebotomist, stopped by and kindly offered to help. She successfully located another vein and collected one more vial. Then Roque, a third phlebotomist, joined in and was able to draw the remaining vials with great skill.
It’s rare to experience this level of dedication, collaboration, and patient-centered care. What could have been a stressful visit turned into a very positive experience thanks to the compassionate and highly competent staff. Huge thanks to Emma, Angelique, Roque, and the entire team for going above and beyond!

The staff at this facility is utterly useless. Never knew a kiosk was a valid reason to ignore people but I suppose this type of service is to be expected from a company that isn’t concerned with customer service! However my tech Laurie was fantastic. Just don’t expect warm and fuzzy assistance from the front office
