Waited over an hour, with an appointment and somehow there were still 10 people ahead of me that had also been waiting for over an hour with appointments. Does anyone work here? Last time I came in they couldn't find my labs that I had confirmed were sent in, and this time they expected me to wait 2hrs after my appointment to do a 5 minute blood draw. There will be no next time, this place sucks.

The processes and procedures at this lab are ridiculous. It took 30 minutes to drop off a specimen that was collected at home. Thankfully I was smart enough to put it in a cooler with an ice pack. All of the information needed was on the piece of paper I was to given to them along with the specimen. I was seriously called back to a room to hand the person the specimen. There is no reason for this. This process takes far too long and takes away from the patients that are there for a blood draw. Corporate please hire an efficiency auditor, because time and money is being wasted. All you end up with is a bunch of annoyed people. This makes sense why there is a sign in your office advising people to not get confrontational with the staff. I can't imagine why anyone would be upset.

Every time I've come here there has been a problem. To drop off you have to wait over an hour. The last time I was here over two hours. They gave me a hard time about not having a paper order which I wasn't given when they already had it in the computer. Everyone is angry in the waiting room whenever I come. The way they run things here isn't working and none of the staff are friendly. Definitely switching labs. Even when no one is here... LONG wait!

I have only had the minor issue of not receiving a call back here. I make all my appointments online with no issue but I can read, that can make a difference. I get blood drawn several times a year and I do it specifically at this location because it is appointment only and has been for the 2 years since I moved back to the US and have been going there. Some of the employees can be abrupt but that doesn't really bother me. I've never had to wait over 20 minutes and usually not even that long. They've even made special exceptions to get in me in when my Dr hadn't sent the order in but I did have an appointment but they didn't have an order. So honestly I'll continue going to this location as I find it perfectly acceptable.

First complaint. This happened when they still had walk-ins. Had an appointment and waited close to two hours before I went up to the desk to find out what was going on. They were taking all walk-ins before me. The comment was you are next. Sorry we forgot to put it in as an appointment. Second complaint. This was when you had to have an appointment. I had an appointment. Someone came in just before me without one. As a courtesy they said the would take them. So they did and I waited close to 20 minutes past my time. Seems like they could have taken him after me. Third complaint. Had an appointment and waited close to an hour before I got in. I am a hard blood draw and will say they have been good at taking with minimal pain.

What a miserable experience every single time. Every employee here absolutely hates their job and they have attitude toward the customers. It's truly a horrible experience to walk into this place.

I've been coming to this location for maybe the last 3 times that I've had to do Blood testing and I have to say that I have never had a problem in this location. Yesterday by chance, I went in earlier than my appointment because I was in the area and the place was empty at the moment. They were able to get me in even though my appointment was a little later. Speaking with the young lady at the counter, she wasn't thrilled at first about it it but was happy to make an effort so that I did not have to come back and she filled a time frame taking in another patient. I have been in offices like this to where patients expect changes, I didn't, I only offered since I was over there and told her that. She just told me that it must be my lucky day and indeed it did work out and I did not see any issues going on for allowing me to get in early. I made sure that I thanked her on my way out. Keep in mind that these workers are here doing a very important job. I've seen people come in uptight and take an attitude into the place. They are going to get your test done, be patient, I love the appointment scheduling. Very good staff. Merry Christmas to You All!!!

By appointment only. Online appointments are easy. But even with appointment we waited an hour. No excuse for that. They may as well not have an appointment system if they're going to do that. The person who actually took the blood was very good. Smooth, quick, relatively painless. But they need to work on their appointment scheduling.

Next to impossible to make an appointment. You gotta do it online because they won't take your call, but you can't do it online because of some stupid pop up about insurances they accept. What a pain in the butt! COVID prevents them from answering a phone. Hard to put your confidence in a facility that can't even answer a phone.

I live right up the street from this lab. As I did not think they closed as early as they did I rushed over at 245 making it for 250 knowing I was cutting it close I rushed to the front desk with my order from my doctor. Without any greeting, no hello no acknowledgement at all that I just walked through the front door of your completely EMPTY location and you can't even give any greeting? Okay cool, so then all I get is a rude and very lazy "umm do you have an appt?" Umm??????? I know that we don't start sentences with umm yet here you are resting your head on you hand like you're ready to fall asleep saying "umm" before greeting the only patient walking through the door. "No but I have an order from my doctor" I said back a little taken back yet irritated. "Well you need an appt" Why couldn't you say, I'm very sorry but we actually are by appt only, would you like to schedule one with me now or do you want information on another walk in location right around the corner?" Instead I just walked away without any acknowledgement of your attitude until I was half way out of the place and THEN I get a "do you want me to give you the Info on a walk in location?" No not at all. I don't want you to work to hard handing me a preprinted form of locations, I don't want you to try a little harder by letting me know there's a convenient location right up the road a couple blocks, I definitely didn't want you to be helpful in any way because that'd be wayyyy tooo much to ask at 10 minutes until closing, my gosh you might as well lock the door behind me and head home early. You'd be doing everyone a far better service if you got a job where everyday that you "worked" you didn't feel like it was work because the positive energy it feeds you would create a foundation for happiness. You're not happy and it's literally in your body language, tone and written all over your face- to the man at the front desk, stop spreading your negativity, you're the first face we see when walking in the door, make is pleasant.

I was on the phone for 35 mins trying to make an appointment, finally I decided to try the call back, what a joke, can't even leave a message as message box was full. I then drove to location on Hampton only to see a note on the door that they were either closed or moved!!!!!!!!!

My appointment was at 1045 and here it is 1140 and I'm still waiting. There are still 4 people ahead of me. Absolutely ridiculous! Never coming here again.

The waits are horrible every time I go. My appointments are always scheduled early and I still wait at least 45 minutes. Again with an appointment. Frustrating to say the least.

If the waiting music was just a little louder, I would have felt I was at a concert!! Smart move on your part not having to hear your patients! no point in making appointments, they sure don't honor the time you come and your time that you waste waiting for them.

Don't come in a hurry! Even if it's to drop off - you will still wait an hour. Slowest place ever.
