The whole experience is always great. I purchased on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday. I was kept advised of when it would arrive and it came when they said it would. Everyone is so friendly and efficient. I love Spencer's and would not deal with anyone else!

Sales person was rude, lazy ,made us feel like we were bothering him , wanted to have him move refrigerator over to let it run ,he helped another person out then like little kid moved it over five feet plugged in i was going to check temp on running .Just did not want to bring home and not work .He fought every part of proceess .I will tell all i know to not go to this store .Beware.
