3 Stars. The best Stylist, Jess, left to the Shea location. She's cut my hair for years now and I will happily drive up to that location. This shop seems understaffed these days. It's likely on average for Sports Clips, but without their best Stylists, I have no reason to go here. It's not as if it's bad, but it doesn't seem well managed anymore. I highly recommend the Shea location if you can make the drive.

This was the first time coming to a Sports clip. I got the MVP package since it was my first time. As you can see I got more than that. My stylists name was Susana. She did a poor job on my hair. Her technique is absolutely terrible. I have cuts all over my neck from her clippers. My neckline is left as if it had already grown out. I hope this isn't how she treats all of her clients. I wouldn't recommend her. If I ever go back, I'd specifically ask to not be put with her.ALSO... your towels smell like mildew!!

Horrible service today at this location. The girl barely looked like she slept. Usually its a better here but today the employee said i couldn't use my coupon but it clearly said free MVP or Free haircut. I was a return customer so i thought i able to use free cut but she told i had to get the MVP and then i get half but the coupon CLEARY said OR on it ? Im not sure if she knows her coupons or she just started there. But today service would have been half of a star if i could put that.

I went with my little 2 years old son and the attention was really amazing, very patient, dedicated, kind to my little one and the best of all the haircut was perfectly the way I wanted it. I really appreciate it and I will come back, Thank you Nessa :)

One of the worst haircut experiences I’ve had didn’t even want to style it and I had to ask for a brush then I got her to style it and she didn’t even do what I asked and I had to do it. I minus well have cut my own hair thanks nessa
