They tell you anything you want to hear when buying a phone & follow through on nothing. Caleb is condescending, rude & abrasive to work with. He is absolutely terrible. He is costing Tmobile more customers than he gains. This guy should be working in the back & NEVER customer facing. At least then, only the people that work there will hate him. I'm working with Verizon to switch my 6 personal phone account & 12 business phone account over to them. It may cost me more but I won't ever work with Caleb again. That alone is worth $500 a month.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to David O and Kayla for spending hours saving me from Tracfone hell! I spent more thank 17 hours just myself (not to mention the hours they spent) trying to do something that should have taken 10 minutes.If T Mobile issued medals, David and Kayla should be at the top of the list!

Michael, one of the store associates, was so helpful with my phone dilemma and in purchasing a Samsung watch. Everyone there is very helpful and have a great attitude!

The employees at this store, David and Lashon, go above and beyond to make sure that your phone is connected properly. I had the pleasure of speaking with the managers, Kristen and Demond, to let them know how much I appreciate their employees. I would especially encourage any senior citizen to feel comfortable coming in for their new phones.

*** UPDATE*** GEE T-MOBILE, THANK YOU FOR THE LAME, GENERIC, COULD CARE LESS RESPONSE. AND THE FIRST SENTENCE OF MY REVIEW STATES THAT THE EMPLOYEES THAT I'VE DELT WITH ARE THE ONLY REASON I GAVE ANY STARS. SO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT MY ISSUE. YOUR PRODUCT IS MY ISSUE. IT'S SECOND RATE AT BEST. SO, WE'RE JUST GOING TO HAVE TO UPGRADE YOU TO ZERO STARS. ***I rate three stars for the employees only. They are a 5 star team for sure, but I refuse to give T-mobile 5 stars. The service quality of this company is garbage. I'll put it like this. I'm a sprint customer originall, For many years and was very satisfied. I could be out in the middle of nowhere, and still had service. Any city I went to, St Louis, San Diego, Las Vegas, etc... No problems and the speed was not an issue either. Now with T-mobile I loose signal everywhere. The network is very very slow, it's almost like when the phones first came out in the 80's. It's ridiculous. When you take over a company, it's comon fact that you should be able to be at least as good as the company you are taking over, if not better. We are, have been, and probably always will be highly let down and disappointed in good ole T-mobile.

Was there with my aunt & the dude who helped her really took the time she needed (we were there for 4.5 hours) & he wasn't forcing her to buy accessories that she wouldn't need (although she did buy a bunch anyway) & so when all was said & done her monthly bill is still pretty high but all in all she's happy & comfortable with the price especially when considering the service they give & customer satisfaction is how a business stays in business

I purchased an I phone 13 about 4 months ago and didn't like it because it was so hard to get around in so I went to this T mobileand asked for Micheal as he had great reviews on This site.He turned out to be very helpful, answered all my questions and taught me some features that I wasn't aware ofSo go to this store and ask for Micheal.He is of on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

This is the WORST Tmobile brick and mortar.I've been here 3 times, and every time - I leave after standing around for 20+ minutes while nobody helps you.It's always crowded, and every customer wants to make a 2hr production with every sales person.
