It depends on the manager at the store that day. Some don't care and some are helpful. I needed tech support and the manager said, "We don't repair Apple products." Yet, they sell them. Tech Devin at store #1370 was happy to help and resolved my Issue.

Stopped by to drop off some items for an Amazon return. There were 3 employees in the copy center next to the desk, not one employee acknowledged or came over to help me. There was one employee on his phone the whole time and he started walking towards the Amazon station, but was still glued to his phone and wasn't sure if he was going to come over to help or what. I actually has to ask if anyone works here? Then he came over and helped me.
I don't understand why a business is open for service, where there are plenty of employees and not one quick to ask a customer if they need help or come over to assist. This location should not be an approved vendor for Amazon returns. Check out another 1star review left just 3 weeks ago by another customer named Patti Chittenden (similar to my experience). I'm sure there are many other customers that may have experienced similar poor service as we did, but just didn't take the time to leave a review.
I took my time to walk up to the front register to ask for a manager to share my experience so they are aware and can use my experience as room for improvement. Instead, the employee named Trevor makes you feel even more stupid for asking for a manager and repeats the same comment 3 times to me... "The employee is talking to a manager right now in the copy center." Duh, that wasn't the case 5 minutes ago and that's why I'm trying to bring it to your attention. Trevor made it appear to me that the employee has more important things to discuss with a manager than servicing a customer like myself, for an Amazon return. And the fact that a manager was in the copy center and didn't even acknowledge that I was standing and waiting patiently doesn't make him fit to be a floor manager. Made the whole experience worse.
This place used to have a really great floor manager (older gentleman, tall guy) that was always quick to assist. Employees are incompetent and not customer service focused at this location (gone downhill). Take your business elsewhere, it will save you time.

I went into Staples when they had one customer and six employees. All I needed to do was utilize their service to return an Amazon product. I literally was directed to the zone that I needed to be in buy one of the employees and yet had to wait at the desk more than 5 minutes and then walk back across the store to ask someone at the front desk whose name tag said Nick to help me and his excuse was they don't get paid enough to watch that desk. They work for Staples. They get paid to watch the entire store and Staples actually gets paid to have that Amazon return center there. I don't know what this generation thinks but I was very disappointed in the service that I won't be going back

Hours are incorrect on Google Maps so we drove over here at 7:43 PM because it says they are open until 8 PM today but they closed at 7 PM. So we wasted the trip. Super annoying.

Staples Google business profile showed they close at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday nights. I came by at 7:45 p.m. and the store was closed, locked up and dark. Suggest Staples updates their hours. What happened to stores staying open till 9:00 p.m.?

Man you guys have some awesome ppl working for you.truly appreciate the customer service from Trevor Ray not only did he help me find what I needed but also spotted me because my card didnt go through im supper thankful. this is the reason i continue coming to this location keep up the good work guys Trevor i definitely owe you one bud.
