Love the rooms here. This hotel usually gives me a nice upgrade when I asked for it. The service at the restaurant/bar isn't the best.

I had a great time at this hotel! The room was comfy and clean, and the staff were all very attentive. The restaurant Stats had lots of options, and the server Cassie was super friendly and made sure our lunch was enjoyable.

We had a nationwide board meeting for about 40 members. This hotel located by a lake in the Riverview Park. It looked modern and up-to-date both outside and inside. Given its location, the distance from the airport, ballrooms, equipment, meals and staff supports, it was very much overpriced. Its bad design did not have stairs close to the main lobby. The restroom floors in the ballrooms area were not cleaned by 8am Sunday morning. There were no soft drinks on Sunday. In a junior suite, the toilet cover was chipped. The light bulbs of the desktop lamp were out of order. When I switch them with the floor stand lamp, the desktop lamp was always on, because its switch was broken. The mirror in bathroom was somehow difficult to push back to wall.

Friendly & Super Service
To start , very decent spacious room for myself , I stayed in room 456 for one night it was very nice and peaceful, I had no complaints for people being too loud or anything , I was able to get a great nights rest! The staff is top tier , as soon as I called for more towels , it was brought to me no later than 10 minutes. The staff member that had came to bring me what I asked for , happened to be the house keeping manager , her name was Peggy, such a sweet polite lady , she asked me if I had everything I needed and asked how I was doing during my stay at the Sheraton hotel, it made my night, peggy and overall the staff met up to my expectations! My room was also spotless as soon as I stepped foot into the door , and you cant beat the prices either! Thank you Sheraton for the best experience ever , I definitely will be booking again in the future ! keep up the good work! :))))

My time spent at the Sheraton was excellent; I especially appreciated the great customer service throughout the hotel, clean rooms, and availability of food options including those at the restaurant in the hotel, Stats. Our server, Cassie, was exceptional and took care of everything we needed before we even had to ask. Overall I had a great stay, and I would definitely come back!

This hotel trash.furniture broken ,staff looks like there under the influence of something and everythin. The house keeping manager was very rude
Rooms: Rooms to much for fucked up furniture and stained sheets.
Safety: Not safe. To much problems for so much money.
Noteworthy details: Staff needs to be drug tested the hotel smell like opiets

This place has really aged. When we arrived the person checking us in acted like there was a problem with our reservation because we booked through Expedia. I asked if there was a problem, and he said we prefer that guests book directly because of how the sale is is structured between Sheraton and Expedia . When we got to our room (406) the chair at the desk was badly broken ( they did bring us another one). The tile repair that was evident in the shower was an eye sore, there was a notch out of the wood frame entering the bathroom. It did not live up to the nice place I had stayed in the past and certainly wasn’t anywhere worth the $225 I paid for the room. I will not stay here again.
