Steadfast Farm is a nice little farm located in Eastmark Park, near Inspirian Parkway. Visitors can park by the BASIS school building or the Handlebar Diner, followed by a short walk to reach it. The farm features rows of crops visible from the sidewalk and a grassy section by the diner with cornhole games to play. The business includes a small coffee shop and farm store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store offers an outstanding selection of natural juices and fresh fruits and vegetables, all sourced locally and organically, prioritizing quality and sustainability. The juices are incredibly flavorful, refreshing, and nourishing. The small bakery section is also a great choice for desserts. Food items like breakfast tacos are delicious. The farm also sells local items. While there is no indoor seating, it remains a cute spot to walk around and enjoy. It is considered a great little gem in the east valley, providing a refreshing experience that supports local farmers.
My wife has sent me here every Wednesday for the last three months. I finally decided to order something. I got there matcha with oat milk. I have to say some of the best I've every had. If your ever in the area give them a chance. They have special drinks as well. She would order a drink with lucky charms.
