  Sun Devil has been my go to mechanic for several years now. I'm always happy with the service. I can make an appointment and get honest answers regarding my auto repairs and maintenance. Chris is always helpful.

  We have been going to Sun Devil for a couple of years now after trying several other companies in the valley.
  
  We are a small service business with a few older trucks and vans. When our vehicles go down, we need them up and running in a timely manner in order to service our customers.
  
  Chris and Casey always take care of us, very accomodating, always getting us in quickly, and getting the job done as soon as possible, resulting in as little down-time as possible.
  
  I would recommend them to anyone. I have referred my family and friends and will continue to do so.

  I can’t give an accurate or complete review of Sundevil as my car is still with them after 3 months. I did receive it back twice after paying $1200.00 for a new ECM (computer). The first 2 ECM’s failed at which point I was told there may be an underlying issue. A master mechanic was called out and I was told that there “may” be a bad fuel sensor, this was around the end of June, beginning of July. Not only have a paid $1200 for a car I can’t drive, I am also paying the highly increased insurance rates every month. I usually try to call once a week to receive an update as they do not call me. The last time I called however, I was very aware that I am a burden as you could hear the annoyance his Casey’s voice assuring me, he would call me soon. That was July 16th. Although I have been told by many people to cut my losses and take my car elsewhere, $1200.00 is a lot to throw away. Learn from my mistake, if you would like your car back within a timely manner, take it elsewhere. I would have liked to avoid writing this review until I received my car back, however, at this point, I don't know if that will happen.

  Sun devil auto baseline location does an amazing job. They're quick and reliable. Always answer the phone and answer any questions you may have and don't add on a ton of charges like other mechanic shops or dealerships.

  Pulled in on Friday morning for an oil change. Figured i’d have to wait a while because I did not have an appointment. The shop looked pretty busy but they were able to get me in very quickly. They have an excellent tracking system that keeps you updated on your cell phone, presents the work they’re doing and suggested work as a result of their inspection. Great to know that about my vehicle, but they weren’t pushy about me getting the extra work done. The staff was friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Will definitely be taking my car there the next time service is required.

  Great place! It's hard sometimes as a female to find a fair and honest auto repair shop! After a few experiences with this location (mine and my daughter's) I can say it's been a pleasure coming here! Work was completed in timely matter as well. I'll be back if other repairs are needed. Thanks.

  Today was my second oil change with Sun Devil Auto and I was equally impressed as with my first visit! Being a younger female, it is nice to be respected and not treated differently or spoken down to, always very appreciated. The gentlemen are always quick and helpful, and fantastic with communication!
