Staff is wonderful. Always have small events during holidays. Never had an issue with maintenance. And you can't beat being so close to the light rail and downtown Mesa.

Horrible place. Been a resident here less than 4 months and the office never calls back, they have a bug problem they said they spray for weekly (never had a person here once), appliances are from the year 2000 (with no signs of receiving any that are updated). They have workers come out at 7am to leaf blow so if you work overnights, or enjoy sleeping in the mornings, you won’t get that here. OH and my favorite, if you like the look of the Land Lord Special (a dozen layers of paint on every surface) then this is the place for you!!! Not to mention the apartment they moved us into was not cleaned at all. Good luck if you’re looking to move here 👀

Horrible management, never available, they dont call when they say they will, spoke to us like we were idiots just because we are young... very unprofessional and tried taking our money after we told them we no longer wanted to move forward with the process because they messed up on their end!!! Do not go here unless you want to be belittled.

Have lived here 5 years and plan to stay much longer. The units are nice, clean, they exterminate for bugs regularly to keep them away. The neighborhood, although sketchy at night, has a huge park, pioneer park right next to the complex so it's a great place to raise kids or if you have a dog you will be walking that huge park regularly. Bibi in the office is super nice and will give you no problems. The neighbors are nice and mind their own business. Maintenance is on site daily and fixes things fast. The grounds are really nice with nice plants and benches and the pool is always sparkling. I would definitely recommend this complex but there's often not a empty unit to rent out because those who live here stay for a good amount of time because it's nice. So if you can get in this place I suggest you take it up because with the staff being attentive, the neighbors being nice and not problematic, and then that huge park right next door you really are going to have a hard time finding another place that checks all these boxes.

It use to be a nice place to live but recently it has gone down. The parking area and stairs are always dirty. Beer cans and lids and cigarette buds all over. People throw their trash from their cars onto the parking lot. It’s not the manager but it’s the tenants that ruin the place. People park in the tenants parking area when they do not have a permit. Yet they are not towed. But the tenant who pays rent gets towed. It’s gone down.
