I was diagnosed by a dermatologist with medical hair loss so my hair is breaking off and was super weak - she was so gentle . Cat is super empathic and at no time made me feel ashamed of my hair and how I looked. .Bravo young lady for your kindness . It means the world to me

My experience was good. I walked in and did not have to wait at all. Laurie trimmed my hair and she did a wonderful job. She was very pleasant and professional.
Hair type: I have hair that is long. It goes to my shoulder blades. I had two inches trimmed.
