Just put up a guitar and ps4 for pawn but the staff there was VERY helpful and insightful with information, it being a 2nd time pawning, cashed out and a very reasonable price and I noticed the prices of thier inventory, they are very very GOOD prices and not I find myself wanting to save up for a few items.

Purchased a few guns here and used their layaway services and the process and prices were exactly what I needed and was looking to add more to my collection. The staff is super friendly and engaging, will keep coming back in!

The manager ( the redhead ) named Bailey was VERY HELPFUL & went the extra mile as far as customer service. I found everyone that worked there very cooperative & kind.

Jasmine was extremely helpful as she suffers from excessive personality! And even though I wasnt able to get the deal I wanted on the watch I wanted, the manager was able to give me an even better deal on some layaways.

I walked in and stood around for 15 minutes before finally one of the kids working on 9-22-23 looks at me Nods his head and says "do you need something?" We close in 15 minutes. I said yes I have a 14k gold bracelet I wanted to pawn if possible he took it from me and started filing my bracelet over a folded up piece of paper then dropped acid on it then dumped baking soda where he put the acid then he immediately picked it up gave it back and said it was fake because the paper turned brown I asked him to wipe off the bracelet because what he did turned the bracelet a different color he took an eraser and cleaned it off and gave it back I asked for his manager because I knew it was real.all the manager said was he tested my bracelet the correct way and that it was fake and they couldn't take it. I then had to leave before I lost my cool and caught a case. I drove to USA pawn on Dobson and Broadway they did the acid test correctly and sure enough it was 14k gold. They gave me 225.00 and were respectful and kind the whole time I was there even though they closed in 5 minutes. I WILL NEVER AGAIN GO TO A SUPER PAWN FOR ANYTHING AND I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOBODY ELSE DOES EITHER!

Don't go to this pawn shop for anything relating to Firearms. I have been a customer for several years, and am not going there anymore!I think they have changed ownership or management, and have replaced them with "Karen's". Horrible customer service, firearm haters, and just plain annoying.

After reading the reviews, I wish Jorge would've assisted me. The big lady with redsiah purple hair was very rude and was making faces the entire 2 min I was there. I've never pawned anything before and I needed gas money for the week and took my Bose earbuds in. I had no phone service and I'm not tech savvy. I had a difficult time pairing them to my phone and she was telling me she needed to hook them up to her phone. I did this a few months ago ONE TIME and I dont even remember how I did it. I had the instructions and instructed her to scan the QR code first, download the app but she continued to make faces like I didn't know what I was doing. Of course I dont!!!! Instead of her rude attitude, the correct way of handling the situation would be to say..ok let's try and figure this out. Let me see how we can do this but NOOOOOO!! She stood there rolling her eyes like I was bothering her. For christ sakes!!! It was paired to my phone already. If you had wifi for the public she could've said so. If not she could've handled the situation a lot better than that. Even then it showed it was paired with my phone already! If she wanted my receipts to prove I purchased them I could've brought those. Anything would've been better than the treatment I received!!!! Another pawn shop down the road took care of me with no issues. They were alot more friendlier and helpful!!!

The worst customer experience ever nobody acknowledged me as I walked in. Nobody acknowledged me after 15 minutes of walking around and then another 10 minutes standing at the register. Nobody acknowledged me once must have a lot of theft because nobody watches anything that goes on there, including the guests that walk through the door

I buy products here all the time. Rob the GM is always kind and helpful. I've been going to the Scottsdale location for years and the people are very kind and fair. I really feel these employees go above and beyond
