I had a great experience at tides at mesa. The Leasing Manager “Guy Vital” was very helpful and respectful. He answered any questions we had about the complex and made it a very enjoyable experience.

Went there yesterday morning to get information, and got price A from reception for a unit. Came by this morning to apply in person, waited about an hour to finally be helped, only to wait more. Was given an ipad to apply while help left us there with a new price B, which was about $200 dollars more than what was originally given yesterday. When the Lease Manager came back to help us again, got price C (which was about $400 up from the original price given). No one seemed to know what was going on, got three different prices for the same unit in less than 24 hours from three different people/things. Also felt like we were rushed out. Seems wildly unprofessional.

So far so good! Apartments look beautiful inside and outside. Probably my favorite apartment so far in Arizona. Very quiet as well especially for a guy like me who likes to read and study. The management is very caring as well. Had an service request one day and the maintenance guy resolved it right away - and the management (Guy Vidal) called me to make sure if everything was alright with me, which tells you that they care about their residents. I definitely recommend this place!

If what you are looking for is a quiet house to live and where the management does its job well, this is definitely not a place for you. I have lived here since 2020 when they were still Superstition Vista Apartments. The place was well maintained, clean, the pool was working 365 days a year, we had a security guard, but now the complex fell apart, the rental costs went up, the pool is closed for a year and the water is green as you. it shows in the photos, everywhere you go you see garbage, and a HUGE INCOMPETENCE on the part of the management, I'm tired of going with the manager named Jessica and her only Spanish-speaking assistant are a couple of inept people who don't It does not solve ANYTHING I have been complaining about the neighbors upstairs for 1 year I have videos the police have come about 6 times to silence them since all night they are dragging furniture I can hear screams and the crying of a baby, it is an exaggerated noise 24 hours I don't know if sleep at some point because all day they make exaggerated noises and the administration only says "we fixed it" but does nothing about it, a few months ago the catalytic converter of my car was stolen in my parking lot to replace it cost me $1400 dlls. Then a bicycle was stolen from my balcony and a few days ago another was stolen. Upstairs neighbors use my balcony as a staircase... yes, that's right. They stand in my garden and climb onto their balcony, DO NOT COME HERE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE I AM TIRED OF BEING NICE AND ASKING THESE INCOMPETENTS TO DO THEIR JOB It's not just me there are other neighbors affected and fed up with this We know that this situation will not change but at least I hope it will help NO new clients to arrive, they will only charge you a lot of money and you will have a lot of problems.the video of the noises is from may 2022 so we have a year enduring this every night min (00:38)......No vengan aquí tienen un pésimo servicio pésimas instalaciones la piscina tiene el agua podrida, el gimnasio nunca funcionan los aparatos, mantenimiento viene cuando le da la gana, y las de la oficina no hacen caso a los reportes que se danTengo más de un año batallando con esto y ellas no hacen absolutamente nada por solucionar el problema

These apartments are not bad but the Manger Carmen is pretty rude first they tried to give me an eviction because my job changed which I told them before the rent was due we went to court I told the Judge I had no problem paying but I just started my job so I told them it would be late they took forever to respond to me they waited about 2 weeks and I have emailed them so I have proof I paid what the Judge told me to pay but Carmen said it doesn't matter I need to pay them $5,000 then said I would be locked out if I didn't pay unfortunately we have a miscommunication because I have 2 jobs I got to 1 at 7:00am I'm off at 5:30/5:45pm the office closes at 6:00pm plus I'm a caregiver in another city I go to right after work so I'm not even home I have the rent now in a money order like she told me to get I would understand of I just wasn't paying but I swear I can't just leave work why is she so rude and I definitely want to talk to the corporate manager I even asked to Do the pay near me which I can do easily but she's like no that's it I'm going to have you locked out how because I can't leave work so you want to get fired because yiu don't know how to be respectful I told them last week this 3rd oven they gave me is giving me Roaches and I only have videos I'm not trying to be a problem but the disrespect is out of hand I called this a few times now she calls me at work like I owe her some money where is your Respect I was nice when I called but they take forever to respond until you leave a bad review them you get some attention please just call me so we can talk I don't have anything nice to say to Miss Rudeness Carmen I don't know how she thinks she can take me to court have the judgment in writing and then say it doesn't matter you gotta pay $5000 sign this paper our you get locked out what type of business is she trying to run I'm not deleting this one like you had me do the first time and you didn't take off all those unnecessary fees how can you take me to court when I have all the rent again I'm just not off work on time I can't pay through the portal because she told me to make a money order I can't pay with the pay near me because they won't send it to me please stop trying to make me look like I'm just not paying the rent that's defamation I took off work 2 times and got nowhere I'm not doing it again why is she making this so hard if your not a people person you shouldn't be working in an Apartment complex it's not like I'm just trying to rack up fees on purpose it's not like I said give a few days to come up with the money I really just don't get off in time im only off on Sunday I can pull up my schedule for both jobs and show you I was at work I never said I didn't have the rent so be very clear trying to give me and Eviction money orders are printed with the date I would give them a Negative 2 Stars overall worst experience since I came to Arizona by far 100%

Worst place ever I do not recommend !!!! unless you want to live in hell. The manager Carmen is very rude never calls back when there is an issue hides in her office and when you call she tells staff members that she left her office . Very unprofessional Needs a NEW MANAGER!!!!! I’ve been owing late fees for 3 or 4 months and they never fix the issue the portal does not work charges you late fees daily and the office charges you amenities that’s not even on your lease . They also let their office phone ring and ring they don’t take money orders for rent. Neighbors say there’s roaches .

I recently moved into the apartment complex two weeks ago. At first I was excited and hopeful. Despite the poor communication I received from the office staff, I was confident they had my best interests at heart. Upon viewing the apartment I was going to move into, on my move-in date. I was worried, especially when I saw a light fixture of dead bugs on my tour. I asked my tour guide if there was a pest issue, the staff assure me there were no pest problems. I placed my faith in the staff member and decided to sign the lease. My first night upon move-in, I was greeted with multiple issues. First, my bathroom sink flow was terrible, my dishwasher has an eggy smell and continues to do so after multiple cycles, my stovetop/oven shows hot when not in use, and there was also roaches. They are in the dining room, the kitchen, and the bathroom. I cried my first night upon move-in, I was immediately overwhelmed with my apartment current circumstances upon move-in, on top of full-time job and pursuing my masters degree full-time. However, after two weeks of multiple calls, emails, office visits with staff. I stared at unpacked boxes as I awaited a potential spraying/bombing for two weeks after 2 different appointments set by staff with pest control. A bug bombing, a spray, or a set date of resolution has not happened due to mistakes, errors, and miscommunication between pest control and staff. Despite moving into a unit with an active infestation, I have tried to remain patience and understanding with the onsite staff. As I have learned thru multiple visits that the apartment complex was recently put under new ownership and the current staff are overwhelmed with inherited problems. The staff here are overworked and I can only imagine underpaid with their current overwhelming workload and the strain of training new employees. However, after being told I will once again have to potentially wait another week for my roach problem to be resolved, as well as, I will be potentially uncompensated if I seek resolution with a third party, I am at the end of my rope. At this point, I am feeling more fearful than excited about my new apartment lease. Even more so, after being told by a staff member with only a week's worth of training that she will be one handling my issue moving forward with very little prior knowledge of the issues in my unit, despite all the effort I put in with other existing staff members to keep them updated about my situation. I wanted to write this review to warn people about the potential problems you may experience upon move in. I hope this review will reach people currently touring the space and planning to move-in, as a two week tenant myself, I can say you may be greeted with problems with upon signing. And I would hate for anyone else to have to go thru the problems I am currently experiencing. However, if you do decide to sign a lease, I would advise an in-depth check of your unit before signing. You may be waiting weeks until problems are dealt with due to a lack of staff, overworked staff, and large transition currently happening on the grounds with maintenance. Attached below are photos of some of the problems which may await you.I will say as a brief disclaimer, the leasing staff are not to blame for the current state of the units, it seems they have been poorly kept before their management take over. However, it may be months before all potential problems with maintenance, landscaping, pest control, are resolved on a managerial level.

Living here almost three years I have really seen this apartment complex take a turn. After a name change and numerous changes in ownership, I have given notice and forfeit this fight of a livable living space. A veteran, a working citizen can’t get an answer, a call or email back in regards to maintenance concerns and roach infestation. As someone that works extremely hard to be to afford over 1400 a month in rent, I expect to live decent. I have made complaint s over and over and still no resolution. Office has an extreme turnover rate which is why building rapport with the on-site team is impossible. As a current tenant, don’t move here. I have been putting in requests for months and still unanswered. As to why I have decided to write this today.

When we moved in at the end of 2020 this was a great complex. Since then, the changing of management 3 times has caused considerable damage to the rating I originally gave this place. The pools are rarely open. If they are, only the one behind the office is decent. The pool off Acacia is borderline unusable. And the 3rd hasn't been open in 2 years as far as I've noticed. There have been fees added for things we had be promised in our original lease; like personal parking spaces, and pest control that's clearly not being implemented. There is less and less interaction available with the office, and the rent has raised ~$275 since we have moved in. Bit annoying, when the amenities aren't accessible. So, par for the course when renting right now, but you decide.

Awful experience they took over two month just to deny us even though we made enough they still haven't even sent the 200$ back. I'm pregnant and now have to deal with this.
