We have been in business for over 10 years and this is the WORST customer service we’ve ever experienced from another business. Won’t fix THEIR mistakes and act like it’s your problem. Sent us two wrong parts for two vehicles . First they sent us the wrong part for a customers vehicle. Had us pay again for the same part we originally ordered and were invoiced for, to now send us out the right part. Told us to pay for return shipping on the wrong part & now telling us they won’t take back the wrong part because it was installed.
Also sent us the wrong part for a personal vehicle, again claiming it’s our fault. In reality, They did not ask the right questions and they should be asking for VIN numbers to verify correct parts for vehicles.
Take our experience and run, there are plenty other places to get your parts.

I had some issues with the 2.5” lifting links for a 2025 Yukon XL AT4. Called for support and the sales Rep said he would check with his shops and see if he could get me an answer. That was over a week ago…..
Received a phone call 4 days ago saying that is not how they conduct business and would talk with their shops and again get back to me. No call back. I am sure that there are better options for lift links. No need to call me back, I have move on from these guys.

I've done more than a few transactions with Switch suspension, they're on top of their game. The few times I've had to call, Edgar took my calls, and he is very helpful and knowledgeable. So glad that I decided to go with my gut and buy a Switch and not Airlift manifold. Works great! Thanks guys!

Stay away from these guys!! They are a middle-man outlet that takes your money then doesn't deliver. I paid for a 6.5" lift W/SHOCKS! My kit came without shocks and totally wrong U-Bolts. They did absolutely nothing to make it right, I had to go get U-Bolts made, go purchase 4 shocks and add spacers to just get to 6". I'm out another $800 on top of the initial purchase and my truck was sitting on jacks for two days while I ran around town getting parts. It's been over 2 months and all I got was the run-around from them. I've lifted three trucks using Ready-Lift kits but NOT anymore and I will NOT recommend Switch Suspension for anything. Thanks Edgar for doing nothing to help me out!
