Went inside yesterday afternoon and the "lady" the assisted me, and I use that word only to describe my interaction with her because she did nothing cared zero, worthless. Once your a customer they do nothing to assist you. Looking for a new provider.

Been there twice with problems with my service/phone. They know nothing about troubleshooting. They basically only do sales. They had 3 guys standing around doing nothing but talking. When asked a question, nobody had an answer.

I will only go to this store. I can’t remember manager’s name I think it’s manny? He’s young, super nice respectful and helpful! VERY HARD characteristics in this generation. He helped me with my phone & my stalker issue. His staff is wonderful! They helped my mom with her iPhone switch from an android and my tablet purchase! Keep up the amazing work??

These guys do a great job as very willing to in help get your service going of T mobile workers I recommend people see them.

Not recommended. They are under Is staffed and overworked. Expect long delays when visiting this place even just to pay a cell phone bill

ITS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES ADDED ME INSURANCE TO THE PHONE WITHOUT ASKING ME. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS LYING TO PEOPLE JUST TO GET THEIR COMMISSIONS BUT THANKFULLY IM NEVER COMING BACK TO METRO. YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY NEVER ARE ABLE TO RESOLVE AN INCONVENIENCE. HOPEFULLY THIS NIGHTMARE ENDED UP.

Brought my Mom to this store, her phone was so old it should have been melted down years ago. I would have loved her to get some type of upgrade though she has had T Mobile for about 6 years. She was pleased with the price of the phone everything went well she is 94 and had great conversations with others in the Store. The 2 guys that were working this day did awesome even though one had trouble logging on his IPad device. The bigger guy that helped us was really knowledgeable with phone he transfered my Mother contacts that was very helpful. Just one thing we had to wait for a safe to open which took 10 minutes, the store got very busy people were leaving others waited. But had that safe been open at 10am opening time we would have been done by the others were coming in. But we had a lovely experience at this store that day.

First off customer service was not present when I walked into the store both employees were in the back room when I explained my situation that I had gotten phones online and wanted to know if they could turn them on they made me feel as if I had stolen them by the questioning that I had received. I started at the store at 1:00 and I didn't get my phone turned on until 5:30 that's ridiculous

I used to hate going into this store and hadn't for a couple years. Recently though, I had a very decent and genuine experience getting a new phone with Hailey and Andrew. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted at the best price. I will be going back!
