As I walked into the store. I was greeted by this young lady Jasleen I don't know what to say She is everything a sales representative is supposed to be. I can't say enough about my experience. The lady sure knows her job ask for. (JASLEEN) Sometimes in the past that would take an hour hour and a 1/2 I was in and out. And 10 or 15 minutes.

Could use better call centers.. When english is the issue; there is a problem. Better communication gives better service. Good services regarding cell services / quality. I considered a few before. I choose T mobile..

Today I went into the store I had a personal issue with my phone and needed assistance for my family’s plan. Angelica and Seriana were so helpful. Angelica Jumped right into this issue and worked so hard to help me. She went out of her to offer me water to sit with me and was so sweet to reassure me that her and T-Mobile will get my family where we needed and went over other promotions for my child safety. She went out of her way to make sure I knew that T-Mobile is there for our family. I’m so impressed with her commitment to T-Mobile I will always go to her and stay with T-Mobile because of her. Seriana was very hard working on her phone and cleaning the store, it was very clean and smelt great! GIVE THESE GIRLS A BONUS THEY DESERVE IT!!!

Plainly put the staff just doesn’t care here. There were two people working. No one greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. Waited there a good 30 minutes and the staff couldn’t manage the customers (1 each) they had in that time. No sense of urgency whatsoever, impolite, wouldn’t recommend visiting this location

Even QuickTrip say hi when you enter the gas station. That'll be the start of good customer service. Also no seating for the elderly

I got internet service with them and it didn't with system I needed it for so returned I think 3 or 4 days later. They gave me a credit for the different of the activation fee and I thought I was done . About 2 or 3 weeks after I returned the equipment. T Mobile without my permission took 50.00 from me because the person who I returned it to didn't do their job correctly and cancel it so I got charged and it over drafted me. I went to T-Mobile calm and Arturo called customer service to get it credited back and I had to wait a few and was patient. He said the 50.00 will be refunded in a week not the 30 days it normally takes You took my money without my permission because of your companies error and I have to wait a week. I asked who was paying my over draft fees. His response was to give me a number to calm. Umm no. It gets better Arturo made sure to tell me treat he called for me. Your mistake not mine and I had to wait. Blows my mind how there error taking money not owed to them without my content that I have to wait a week to get it back. A week to return money that they had no right taking That one overdraft fee then my rent would of been another over draft fee. So going in there was a huge waste of time. I went home and spent another 25 mi it's on the phone with my bank and they helped me. They gave me funds the same day and they weren't the ones that took it without permission right away but a company that had no right to take it a week minimum to get it back. Everyone is struggling he'll 50 bucks over drafted me. There negligence can have a serious financial negative impact on someone and all they can say is sorry. Sorry doesn't fix it. Blows my mind and dude thought he deserved a cookie for calling customer service to help fix there error. Come on now really and he didn't even fix the issue. He didn't try calling back to get the issue fixed and ask about over draft fees nothing to help fix there error tried to hand me a number to call and to tt idk who. Like I said when I left as bad as Verizon and it's true because Verizon didn't do thier job right either. I don't have service but got a bill for 165 and some change. Got it today and it's due on Monday. T Mobile and Verizon 2 peas in a pod. Cricket 12 years no issues ever sticking with them

i’m here in the store waiting in line this females seriana decided to put out printed material while i waited was waiting here in line she was also in the back of the location talking with her co workers while more people 4 ppl waited in line there was only one worker able to help al these customers. i told her not to worry about me worry about brochures this location is a joke it’s run by incompetent not experienced workers with a horrible attitude and no customer service skills. this girl told me i could leave and she will get a restraining order when i asked her why she wouldn’t help me.

This is a horrible store to visit. Unprofessional, delivered no customer service, there was 4 employees and instead of being attentive to myself as a customer they had personal conversations the entire time. Very disappointing. I know this review won't change anything but hopefully someone else will read it and avoid going to this location. The manager was not showing leadership at all and I felt horrible even purchasing anything. Do not go to this store!!!

If I could give no stars, I would, and I rarely give reviews.My husband and I went in in mid-July, looking to add him as another line to my prepaid account and to port his current number over. The woman created a completely new account with a new number, telling us that she could move everything to my account only after he had his own line. We went through, paid for everything, and then were told at the end that she could not move him to my account or port over his number. And because it’s a prepaid account, they claim they cannot issue a refund.We have been trying for a month to fix this woman’s incompetence. It has taken several hours over three weeks and additional money to get it done.T-Mobile does not want to take any accountability for its people and have put the onus on me to fix errors made by their people. Even an apology and a willingness to waive any costs to get the issue fixed would have gone a long way. But, instead, I’m out more money and time.
