Phil was such great help. I had an item discrepancy and he was patient and fast in helping me. He fixed it in less than 10 minutes and was very polite. Can't recommend enough!!

Excellent customer service given by Felix. Went in for a new screen protector and Felix helped us out. He was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this T mobile location.

I had THE WORST experience at this location. The service provided by Phil was so terrible that, if I wasn't paying monthly for two phones, I would have canceled my service immediately!Yes, upon entering the business, my partner and I noticed they were busy; we also noticed that NO ONE greeted us or acknowledged our presence.Over looking that seemingly minor indiscretion, we went ahead and took a seat to wait for the next available employee.After we waited nearly 10 minutes, another customer walked in. Within two minutes of her arrival, Phil looked up and asked her, "How may I help you?"Without hesitation, my partner and I both spoke up. "We were already here and have been waiting."No apology was offered, rather, Phil quickly let us know how busy they were.We politely let him know that we were aware of their busyness because we'd been there for 10 minutes already. We simply didn't want to be overlooked.Phil doubled down and told us "the wait is going to be about 25-30 minutes".Never once offering an apology or assistance.We abruptly left, driving across town to another location. Upon entry, we were greeted and offered assistance, even though they, too, had customers.Phil at the Southern Ave & Stapley location in Mesa, AZ - should NOT be in customer service whatsoever.

I have not been able to return my trade-in device , the employees at this location have some what been helpful. They told me to call customer service to get my shipping label ,etc. But customer service is saying that they should've provided that service directly at the store. I am passed due returning my phone. Customer service said they would ship my return kit within 24 to 48 hours. Yet, I haven't received anything , and if i go back into the store their likely not going to help. Shoutout to Edgardo , he's been the most helpful and kind person there.

Very poor customer service, I was just trying to buy a phone but the lady was trying to sell me accessories that i did not wanted after I said no to what she was offering she got upset and she just told me to buy the phone online

I went in to get a breakdown of my fathers billing as he has been getting charged an increased amount & the man "assisting" us talked to me in the most condescending tone. I asked what each fee was and he replied in a short & agitated manner. I felt belittled & quite embarrassed that he continued with that attitude in front of my father.

Well, I have been in the company for a long time before, they served well, they were kind and more cordial, patient and now in these times they just aren't friendly anymore and you ask them something and I talk to the company like now these 4 months I have paid 5dll in collection and I ask Why? And they just say well you have to pay, they are already charging, they don't explain to us or anything and I'm thinking of changing companies.

The T-Mobile internet sucks; it says 5G gateway but it is not 5G. I couldn’t have more than one device connected to the internet at a time. The internet only works in some areas across Arizona. When you try to cancel they ask a million questions on why and try to sell you a phone plan with the internet plan instead of just canceling. They charged my card even after I canceled so I had to call them for a refund and ask them to take me off of automatic payments. They should have canceled my automatic payments the first time I called so I wouldn’t have had to call them again about it. I will never be going back to T-Mobile phone plans or internet plans.

I have been a TMobile customer for over 35 years and had the worst customer service at this store. Xina, store manager is the one who delivered it which was even more unfortunate. I had to return to the store for a 2nd time in a 2 hour period because Xina did not exchange nor update the new SIM card in the modem I had received during my first visit. When I arrived to a lobby full of people I expected she would have helped me when she was in between guests as I had already been there once that day and experienced a long wait. She briefly approached me and I explained the issue and she told me what I would have to wait. She refused to help me and made me wait in the queue again. I waited about 20 minutes until Xina called my name from the que. when I expressed my frustration with how she made me wait again after I had just spent over two hours trying to install a router that she failed to update the Sim card for. Great Customer Service would have been when she saw me walk through the door she would've tried to help knowing that she had failed me the first time as a customer. Apparently she didn't see it that way and threatened that she would refuse service and walk away. Xina threatened to refuse me service because I complained to her on how she treated me. Honestly I think she pushed me down in the line because I was a no $$$ sale to her and she had better options with the others visiting, my opinion. She also didn't know that I was also looking to bring my phone business back to TMobile from ATT, but not now.

I was denied P360 due to there Tapestry System not loading. Id suggest not going to this store to purchase a water bottle. Had an over weight lady with humongous feet & old shoes by the name of Angie & a tough guy named ben assist me. Acted like i was going to purchase a screen after him trying to disrespect me just for me to say never mind & me filing a complaint & getting $250 in courtesy Now me & Tmobile Customer Service is escalating this matter beyond measures now and i will not give up until this entire staff is no longer there. Do not shop here unless you want terrible service they need to change management & staffing.
