I was denied P360 due to there Tapestry System not loading. Id suggest not going to this store to purchase a water bottle. Had an over weight lady with humongous feet & old shoes by the name of Angie & a tough guy named ben assist me. Acted like i was going to purchase a screen after him trying to disrespect me just for me to say never mind & me filing a complaint & getting $250 in courtesy Now me & Tmobile Customer Service is escalating this matter beyond measures now and i will not give up until this entire staff is no longer there. Do not shop here unless you want terrible service they need to change management & staffing.

The service at Southern and Stapley was very poor due to the attitude of the two female employees on 9/26 at 10:00 AM. I asked direct questions and they were vague in their responses and weak in their attempts to provide even reasonable service. I drove to the location on Alma School and Southern immediately after and received excellent service with a helpful and caring attitude from the young man who served me.

Phil was extremely rude and unprofessional, couldn't assist with simple questions regarding my t-mobile account. I'm very disappointed as I usually have much better experiences with this company. Deserves 0 stars tbqh

Manfredo was the man! He helped us get our phone upgrades completed. Walked us through step by step on transferring the data/phones. Helped answer all the questions I had about apple tv, netflix, international data, etc. Great conversations while we waited about shoes, music, food, etc. Cannot express enough his great customer services skills! Have fun at Hard Summer man!!

Manny Robles from the Stapley & Southern T-Mobile store in Mesa would get 10 stars from me if that was an option! He has helped me in the past with my T-Mobile internet and again last week with new phones for my husband & I. His customer service is top notch! He's patient, kind, informative, and goes above & beyond. I would highly recommend going to this T-Mobile store and most definitely ask for Manny!

Needed to have phone fixed and was informed they don't fix phones they just sell them. Was disappointed as they have fixed our phones in the past .

I went in this location a few months back to get a new phone and really had a bad experience and ended up going elsewhere. I went in again yesterday and again had a bad experience. The customer service is very poor. This experience made me want to cancel my service with T-mobile.

This place is crazy they won’t unlock your carrier so u can switch over and the manger is not helpful he should be fired don’t go thru T-Mobile they will highly on ur bill

Angie ( I think that was her name hopefully i got it right)helped me with my new Galaxy s23 ultra phone (in green). Transferring my stuff from old phone to new. She was very good at her customer service skills. Plus the store was busy and every employee there were on their A game, so I thank you .

Store Asst. Manager April was both knowledgable and diligent on making sure my problem was solved. She leapt through every hole to make sure I was taken care of. Great vibes and clean store.

I didn't know where else to submit my issue or experience because it seems like no one cares except some of the hard-working employees that sell and fix at the Tmobile stores. My phone suddenly went down on 2/14/23. And I went to the Stapley store and I was told there was a crash so I accepted my problem and waited til the next morning to fix it on its own but it was the same problem and I went to the T-Mobile store 1923 S Signal Butte Rd Suite 102, Mesa, AZ 85209. The manager seemed like he was trying to fix it and grew impatient with tech support to fix my phone because nothing was happening so he decided to tell me to get a new phone, which I accepted, plus there was a new deal on the new s23 ultra so I went ahead got it. The phone came out Saturday and it was back ordered still after 6 days, I still had my old phone with the same problem and I decided to cancel the order and get an s23 that was available at the store, so I could get it instantly but then I had the same problem still. I called tech support every day for the next week and every phone call was about 2 or 3 hrs long, and we could not get this fixed, I never knew about an esim or physical Sim or imeid or eid or Sim number but I could honestly say I know my phone a lot more now. The tech support would reroute me to the T-Mobile store and the tmobile store rerouted me to tech support but I had it and I was about to give up on my service of 2 years and refund this phone even after I traded in my old phone because I rather spend more at another service than to be paying for something I wasn't using for about a month. They had deleted Sim cards and used new ones and used e Sims and restarted the phone and changed my phone number and made sure my eid and imeid were right and everything was active but I was not signed into my service still and I had no messages or phone calls or service for a month. Until I went to the Stapley store again and his name was Jose and he fixed it by doing something that I hadn't tried b4 and he fixed it and I was and so stress relieved from reliving this problem every day when I had no phone for work or family or friends. He listened and cared and wanted to fix my problem and he did. I think he deserves a lot from tmobile or something because tech support or customer representative 24/7 or some tmobile stores never helped me and they never really cared or really know what's going on, they say they will call me back or email the engineers of tmobile for them to call me about my issue but they never called me back about my issue, I had to call them back and retell them my problem and they all had the same speech and same trouble shooting and the same answer that they will email the engineers to call me back and they never did, so i tried and tried and nothing, so these guys at stapley especially jose are amazing, I will always come back to him. Because of him I like mobile again. Sorry for all my grammatical errors
