I wish had never signed up with AT&T because their not nice and polite. However I met a young gentleman known as Neil at T-Mobile and I got what I wanted,"A good phone at the right price and the service was excellent." You can't do better than than better then that with no fuss no muss and no stress just a pleasant sales transaction." it was a really a nice day without that unwanted high-pressure sales tactics and prices that drain your emotions and bank-account. Later I caught AT&T attempting to withdraw money from my bank account nine days before my bill was due using my cancelled debit card. Dealing with AT&T was a nightmare because they use tactics that made my blood boil. That's why T-Mobile and Neill was such a pleasant way to do business for a change.

This Place Had The Worst Service I've Ever Experienced In My Life. Racial Slurs, Bad Attitude And Terrible Customer Representation RAMON Specifically Had The Role Of Being Our Customer Rep After Waiting For An 1 ½ Dillying Around He Ended Up Destroying My Brothers Phone Further Then What It Was Walking In The Door, Instead Of Properly Diagnosing The Issue He Simply Responded Multiple Times With W " I Don't Know What To Do Call Apple" He Had The Nerve To Kick My Mother, Brothers & Myself Out The Store Whilst Yelling At Us Telling My Family We Were Terrible. FOR HIS MISTAKES. What A Way To Represent T-Mobile Ramon As His Co-Workers Just Stood By This Store Should Get A Rating Of Demolishen ??

I bought a wi Fi unit. It doesn't work. I was told to take it back, and they refused it. They said I will get a return slip by email or text. They never sent me the slip. I keep getting billed for it even though it's not working.This is a sorry company. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you need anything from them,buy it somewhere.

Well I totally didn't understand what we paid for during our visit and seem like I wasted money there. The staff did not explain to us and that TMobile store is always busy. I'm going to find another one to do my business or just go online.

This location had no internet service on their end. That was not the real deal. The employee that helps me I guess was uncomfortable with me just trying to make conversation since the employee could not get the service to come up.Confused about how someone that works in a customer service base store can have such behavior when a customer is just trying to make a joke about the internet not working.I believe this customer service personnel may have thought I was flirting.???????????

Friendly staff, helpful and respectful they'll help with you with options that'll fit best for you and will also assist you fast, one of the staff Emily was very helpful and gave me options that'll fit best for my phone plan I would 100% recommend that place.

The staff here went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service. One employee drove to another location and back just to get a device that was out of stock at their location. That's amazing! The process itself went smoothly and quickly and the vibe of all of the employees was welcoming and comforting. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy or do anything.
