The best store my family and I could have possible been to and it’s all thanks to Tony!!! Tony was so helpful and so patient and descriptive. We had 3 people switching to iPhone 15s and one (being me) moving from AT&T to T-Mobile. Tony helped find us the best deal and explained everything through the entire process so I and the rest of my family knew what was happening. If you ever need help Tony is the one to go to. Thank you Tony:)

My monthly bill, for two phones,went from being $112 each month... to this mess...the guys at this location are scheisters.... free phones promotion... we needed to get new phones... the phones were free... we paid $200+ before we walked out, being told our bill wouldn't change... our next monthly bill was over $200... $100 had to be refunded by customer service... next month bill was $178... next month bill was $140... today, I went in and had to pay more money at the store location, to purchase what we thought we originally purchased the day of the upgrade... I had to pay $78 for the cases and wallplugs that they had on a monthly charges...What did we originally pay for that day? The phones were free. Monthly charges added on. Monthly bill completely screwed up... all because of the person at this location..... playing the nice guy doing us a favor... no. No. No. It was a mistake. Months long headache. Customer service every month, on the phone for over an hour and a half each time....And, each customer service person spoke of an apple watch.... we don't have any apple products at all !!!Beware of what they are doing to your accounts here.I suggest recording your interactions here.

Just got back from going here to get a replacement phone for my clumsy daughter. Was a wonderful experience when I was dreading going in. David was very attentive and beyond helpful! Excellent customer service and I really appreciate it!!

I wanted to do a review because of the low stars.I worked with DJ and Colten and their customer service was top notch. They both were professional and courteous. Answered all of our questions. Recommended a great phone to upgrade to.I just got back from having them remove my SIM card from the old phone so I can ship it out for credit towards our bill and thought to check out Yelp.I don't do too many reviews but thought they deserved to be recognized for their outstanding customer service. (The last few times at another carriers store before we switched I had to return multiple times for issues) All in all a good experience.

Very Very disappointed it was a promotion for Samsung S23 and a Watch they said " Oh Everything is fee, you don't have to pay Anything Only the Taxes is a Awesome deal, and l get to find out when my bill came it was $ 386 he put 5 lines and 1 tablet that l didn't get and he said l can't return anything because is all ready 14 days pass do s, what a ripoffThey just want to make the sale no matter what and then he even left the store living me with no results .So l call customer service on the phone and they took care of everything

All T-Mobile locations may be the same but the employees are not, the gentleman here at this location are top notch. Customer service is beyond great and they all have helped me solve any issues I’ve had and provided me with the right services and electronics that I didn’t even realize I needed! This is the location I will be going to from now on. Bye bye Verizon and ATT!!! T-Mobile is in a league of their own by far.

The staff at this Tmobile are very knowledgeable and quick with assistance. I noticed each customer that walked in was greeted (even if busy). Colton, Tim, DJ and especially the store and district managers Joe and Nick were AMAZING. Even when frustrated and having to return 5 times in 2 weeks, the staff always had patience and retreated each customer the same. If looking for a great T-mobile store to stop in, this is definitely it!

My man Colten was amazing. He greeted me soon as i hit the door and cracked a lil jokey joke that had me laughing. His expertise was on point. His customer service was top notch I definitely felt welcomed. My personal opinion is that colten and anyone working with him will feed off his great energy and maintain a great culture at this tmobile location.

Aggressive and incompetent staff. The supervisor "Loren Low" wasn't able to access my account to return my WiFi box. She got aggressive and threatened me with additional charges and suspension of my account. Unacceptable customer service.
