So I went with my Father to this T-Mobile store and I have to say, I wish we had gone to this store much, much sooner. We got helped by the Manager Jawann who was very friendly, helped us out with our plan and getting new phones. I should point out my Father is older and has hearing trouble, something I did put down in a review of another T-Mobile store from a few years ago. At this store and with Jawann my Father had no trouble hearing him, more so my Father was very happy over all with the help we had gotten and just happy with this store over all.Next time we need something for our phones or new phones? We plan to come back to this store. This store over all was our best experience with not just T-Mobile but in getting new phones and setting up plans in general.

I would give negative stars if it were possible. The manager was incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. Another team member named Phil was absolutely disgusting and argumentative when it WAS THEIR MISTAKE!! We had to go back to the store 3 times! Completely unacceptable, and repulsive behavior.

Horrible place they try to sell you products you dont want and when your not looking they add it to your bill ( i bought an iPhone From there and they put in a usb-c power adaptor after I asked if that's going to be free if not I don't want it( Alex the employee there said that all the adapters come Free I then left the store T-Mobile and saw that I got charged for it on my receipt I'm pissed off they lied to me this happened on 11/24/23 Always check your receipts before leaving T-Mobile because they need to make sales there and try to sneak in extra items on your bill (Zero stars )

My account has been messed up back in May. They opened up 2 lines without my knowledge when I bought my phone and didn't let me know that at the time 2nd phone was free (I never got it). When getting my phone I was very clear that I will only get it if my bill/plan won't change and was assured multiple times it won't. It went up by over $70 and they dropped my Corp discount. It took till Sep to get it fixed and stop overcharging me by about $50. I kept getting a run around for months. Finally got back on my original plan but then, in Aug T-Mobile turned off my data and I had none for almost a month. Ian was one of the only few people there that worked hard to restore my data and Corp discount(which is still not fixed). The data got fixed but now they've been charging me for international calling since Sept. I walked into the store today to get it fixed because it states on my bill the International calling is removed but I was still being charged. All I was told is that's it won't charge next month(2 staff members and no customers in the store) not even trying to assist further. I'm so fed up with it all after this store messed up my account.

Workers are amazing! Highly recommend stopping by! They go above and beyond to give you all the information you need when interested in opening a new line, went to get info and ended up getting a new phone for me and my wife, and wifi for my home! Ean and Tony helped with everything and made it so simple for me! The best customer service in town!

I had one of the best customer experience ever thanks to Tony. An exceptional experience especially with the complex dilemma I had, opening multiple lines, upgrading phones even adding the T-mobile internet to our plan which works amazingly compared to my previous provider. So if you are looking for a knowledgeable, efficient, reliable rep Tony is the person to go to, in fact all of the reps there have a great, positive attitude, ready and willing to help out. Thank you Tony and to the team for being top notch.

Tony at T-Mobile was great, My experience at T-Mobile was excellent and very efficient. He had great customer service and was able to get me a great deal on my new phone, and Apple Watch. Would definitely recommend this store.

I am so embarrassed about this location's customer service. Tony has to offer, especially when it's a elderly spanish only speaking previous customers. I have not had the chance to speak to the manager because nobody was there to take care of the problem, but if anyone gets a chance please please respond.

Don't let the OLD negative reviews stop you from coming in . David and his partner are doing things right. It was slow when I arrived but shorty after two big families walked in , while David was on the phone dealing with T-Mobiles corporate end to switch me from prepaid to postpaid and get me their Wi-Fi box , his partner was able to take care of the families who just walked in . I came in exclusively for just the Wi-Fi but David walked me through the options of their postpaid deals and now I pay the same but have their 5g plus plan that has better service, more hotspot , Netflix and AppleTv , and the option to upgrade my iPhone11 to 15 with no money down . Thanks David for the help , I will be stopping by again to upgrade my iPhone .
