I wouldn't trade this T-Mobile store for any location I've ever been to in all the years I've been with T-Mobile. I actually left another T-Mobile location because I could not handle any of the employees in any way shape or form! There has never been a time I've walked through this door that they are not polite, courteous, extremely, or failed to go out of their way to answer any question and take care of anything that needs taken care of! I want to give kudos to Nic as I feel he is truly the lifeblood of this store. He goes above and beyond! I have been fortunate on other visits to have both Calvin and Jed take care of my every need. I hope all three of these gentlemen get the kudos that they well deserve and I send my deepest appreciation for their customer service.

[I've been with T-mobile for many years] Some of employees in this location sure would benefit from getting a class or two on how to talk to customers. Arrogance plus ignorance doesn't look good. I used to come to this office often to resolve an issue or get a new phone. Today [August 28, 2023] was surely my last visit there. Awful experience

Me and my roommates came to this location to switch from Verizon and had a gray experience with Nico and Keri. We didn’t realize how taxing it can be to switch carriers and transfer numbers, but they were super helpful and patient throughout the entire process. So thankful for this experience!

It appears that an employee greets potential customers as they walk in the doori n a friendly manner to ask how they can assist in their needs. If the center is busy their name is taken so they only wait in order. And, in my experience, when your name comes up, you get their full attention!And I would like to give a special shout out to Caden Jones, who addressed my immediate concerns and went even furthering.Also, your store managers, Dan & Keri who answered the questions I called in!Please give each inquiry a number 10 for me. I assumed my praise would be obvious!!So far my T-mobile experience at my particular location has bee a definite 10 to all your inquiries❗ I hope this clears up my responsesplease. P.S. Jed did great, the transfers were amazing and he did so good.. Shout out to every employee there!

I have been T-Mobile customer for >20 years. I started getting span messages hundreds of them per day and multiple phone calls. One of the techs told me that the only solution was to change the phone number, which I did (the one that I had for 20 years!). It started again: I was getting span messages and I wasn't able to send text messages, though it was shown like they were sent. My messaging was blocked by T-Mobile for several days. I asked what could have been done to prevent it from happening again, but response from the manager was that it shouldn't happen again. It happened again, my account is blocked for two weeks. The manager told me that the next te it would be one month and after that my account would be suspended. I didn't do anything on my end for that to happen.Very bad customer service! And to mention that service is bad when traveling abroad, I had issues in Canada and other countries.Today switching to Verizon, should have done it earlier!

Been with company for almost a yr!! The service is horrible!!! I signed up to make a payment plan, and they still suspended my service. Internet doesn't work 95% of the time. I think I would have done better staying with straight talk! Poor customer service I'm paying 200 a month for crap!

Bad store needs bring manager in . Bunch kids swaping customers around . From business Att would fired ones I had . Listening to customer discuss personal life for hour while business customers wait . Ridiculous. You in wrong business for that . I got phone at Walmart it not charged they not move contacts or set up . Still Tmobile regardless. I have 3 lines switching maybe I go scottsdale where professional people are. You don't understand you worst store I ever been to Tmobile . Like they not want nothing do unless bought at that store . I certainly won't buy my apple 14 or s23 there warn all business customers kiddy store . They not smart enough know my phone temp they getting shopped they failed to zero rating . GO SCOTTSDALE .

This review is for Daniel Grolle at this location. I came in with a big issue that T-Mobile‘s online support could not assist me with. It was not going to be a sale. In fact, it was going to be a major headache for this person to deal with.Daniel was friendly and patient and worked hard to help me get the issue resolved. Whatever they are being paid, it isn’t enough. It’s hard to find excellent customer service these days. If you plan to use T-Mobile, go to this store and ask for Daniel.

Horrible. Staff were "nice" but the service was a scam. We were taken advantage of in a time of need to get a new phone on my friends plan and they said the bill would be relatively the same with the deals they presented us. That did not happen at all. We want to leave but we are held hostage by a phone we "have to pay off" because of a trade in I did with my practically new phone at the time. It should have just paid off the trade in period like they said. Not to mention the many security breaches make us feel unsafe to be with the service provider. Would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone.
