This is the worst service I’ve received in a t mobile store!!! The lazy girl didn’t wanna help! Don’t work in a costumer service job if you don't want to deal with costumers!!!

I had no data on my phone for more than a year. I was unable to send/receive photos unless I was connected to wifi. I went back to the store and the guy told me it would go away. Well it didn’t, I called several tmobile stores to see if they could trouble shoot my issue, and they said they don’t do that kind of stuff. Finally, my friend recommended I take my iphone to the Apple Store and they were able to run diagnostics. Turns out I had absolutely no data on my phone. The family plan I have has unlimited data, text, and calls. I called T-Mobile customer service SEVERAL times prior going to the Apple Store. When I finally called customer service knowing the issue they then escalated it to management and guess what. They confirmed i had the “bells and whistles” plan, which did not include data. If you have a similar issue take your phone to the Apple Store. I have no problem with the service as my family has been with T-Mobile for years but absolutely zero stars for who ever set up my phone.

Switched two lines from Cricket, manager said we were eligible for $200 rebate each, just wait 6-8 weeks to receive. No such promotion existed.

Very disappointed in the lack of service. Walked in with a broken phone and their solution was to buy and new one or call the insurance company myself. In the past the service person has always helped with these calls and done them from the store to help alleviate any issues. This lazy girl just wrote a number on a piece of paper and told me to call when I got home. Absolutely 0 service. Makes me think twice about T-mobile…I certainly will not be back there.

Mathew, the assistant manager was the person assisting me. I went into the store to add one additional $20 line to my account. He said there was a promotion to buy one/get one line. Since it was free, I went for it. So it was $35 activation per line in the store. To my surpise, my next bill was almost double for adding the one line to my existing plan. I returned to the store and he could not honor the price quoted. I had to spend 2 hours online with T-Mobile and multiple reps to get it resolved. Very disappointed. I am also still liable for the first bill that was double.

Let me start off by saying the manager of the store is extremely rude. I had the worst experience dealing with the two staff on the other day. They both should be fired due to the lack of professionalism and customer service. Definitely recommend driving a mile down the street, to the other T-Mobile store to get assistance.

Terrible experience. There were 2 people getting helped ahead of us, after 30 minutes of not being engaged, we just left. I need a new phone but I think I'll be switching carriers now after being completely disregarded. My service is terrible anyhow but was hoping a new phone would be better. I'll find out via a new carrier.

My husband and I were switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. The staff at T-Mobile were awesome, going above and beyond to help us. Verizon was challenging to say the least and made the transition as difficult as possible.threetrips to the nearest Verizon store and back, and several hours at TMobile Dylan and staff were able to get us hooked up with cellphones and a replacement for our internet! Highly recommend this store, and Dylan! Best customer service we've had in a long time! And so far our service has been great, our home internet is been great! Overall a good experience.
