T-Mobile off Signal Butte had Brandi, who was a complete Rockstar! Brought my 91 year grampa in to upgrade his phone, he likes to talk and tell stories which can sometimes lead to long service...however, she was patient, kind and helped him- even put on his favorite ringtone, she held the door for him when we left. He's happy with his new phone, and we will be returning & referring Brandi for all our phone needs.

The worst experience I have ever had in all my life. Can not keep story the same to save their life. Was told one thing then came in and go figure was a completely different story. NOTHING BUT LIES!!!

I went to the store advised by a member of customer care to see if one of the employees at the store level could help set up my digit line on a new phone I received by mail… and Taylor didn’t even let me explain the whole situation and blew me off the store… I’ve been with T-Mobile for 19 years and this is the first time I’ve been treated this way… I work in retail and the least he could do is sat down and try to resolve my issue or any questions I might have, but this happened… “No I can’t help you, you need to call T-Mobile back” just like that… I felt like I was killed out of the store…

I switched my phone and tablet service to T-Mobile from V last month at the store on Apache Trail.I received the 3 Promotional rebate/pay off forms for both devices (up to $700). The Rep didn't offer to set it up and it was very difficult to set up on the mobile site. She also told me I had to wait for the final bill to come in the mail from prior carrier (V).I called V and was advised to go to the V store and they would print out my final bill which they did.I tried to use my Tablet the evening of the switch. It didn't work. I went back to that store the next day and the T mobile Rep said the new SIM card had not been installed.Instead of struggling filling out the rebate forms, I read the great reviews regarding the T mobile store on Signal Butte. I met Allen the Rep there. He completely took care of everything I needed! Filled out all my forms and explained the process fully and I was out of there in 15 minutes..He advised I skip any "Authorized" store and always go directly to a corporate store.Happy customer!

Every time I go in to this Tmobile which is now my only go to store, the guys have been really helpful. If one doesn't know the answer, someone kicks in to help. I say that this Tmobile has an amazing team

I worked with Joe and he was awesome. He did everything to help us get what we came in for. He went to bat for us and tried his best to find a way to help us get Home internet. We had some issues because we were from SD but he did everything he could to help us. Unfortunately we couldn't work it out but he made sure that we felt that he cared about us and called me several times to explain why we couldn't make it happen and apologized for everything we went through to try to get us hooked up. He is a great representative for T mobile and even though I couldn't get what we came for I totally appreciated his help and character.

Joey was very informative as I purchased an upgrade on my iPhone and iPad ! The internet speed at the store was unbelievably slow , I had to return to the store leaving my phone and iPad hoping that the transfers would be completed, how do you have a cell phone store with no fast internet? Do you let a trucking company run with no fuel ? Come on 5 G ?

After a disappointing visit the other day at another location, I regret I didn't go to this location first. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away. Robbie/Robert helped me out very patiently, and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service.

I would leave a zero if I could. Bought a Samsung Galaxy phone and had nothing but trouble with it, took it in twice to be fixed for its issues. They said it was brand new and not refurbished. Also the supposed fast charger was half black and half white, didnt charge even after 2 hrs. Brought it back a 3rd time and told them we wanted a new phone but they would not take it back because of 14 days was up on returns. Went to different Tmobile store and bought iphone. Now paying on 2 phones. Corporate worthless. We were loyal customers for 9 yrs.
