I had no data on my phone for more than a year. I was unable to send/receive photos unless I was connected to wifi. I went back to the store and the guy told me it would go away. Well it didn't, I called several tmobile stores to see if they could trouble shoot my issue, and they said they don't do that kind of stuff. Finally, my friend recommended I take my iphone to the Apple Store and they were able to run diagnostics. Turns out I had absolutely no data on my phone. The family plan I have has unlimited data, text, and calls. I called T-Mobile customer service SEVERAL times prior going to the Apple Store. When I finally called customer service knowing the issue they then escalated it to management and guess what. They confirmed i had the "bells and whistles" plan, which did not include data. If you have a similar issue take your phone to the Apple Store. I have no problem with the service as my family has been with T-Mobile for years but absolutely zero stars for who ever set up my phone.

Happy with Renee who cares about her job and understood our needs. After a very bad experience at another location, I was ready to jump ship after 15 years with T-Mobile. She doesn't know it, but she kept us and our 6 lines. T-Mobile needs more employees like this.

3 different quotes and still paying more than quoted. It is the principle of it.I went in on Sat. 9/24 and asked about pricing for the Magenta Max plan, I would be transferring 2 lines from Google Fi. They told me it would $112 per month. I discussed with my son and we went in on Sun. 9/25 to get this offer, they told me that this offer was not valid because we were not transferring from a major carrier. They asked if we were first responder, Military or over 55, and I said no. They called the store manager and they said to give us the $90 plan for 55 over. This wouldn't work, so then said okay we can give you the Magenta Max for $120. We said okay, and to go ahead with that. As they were setting up our phones the sales associated mentioned it would be just a little bit more than $120 per month, I asked how much more? "Just a couple of dollars more". I reviewing my bill online, I am enrolled in the $140 Magenta Max plan. Just a tad bit more than the $120 or $90 or $112 plan they offered us.I went into the store and talked with the store manager and she didn't care about any of my concerns. I also called Customer Care and they didn't either.

My Samsung flip phone cracked along the crease (no surprise) after about 6 months of owning. Went to T-Mobile last week where is was originally purchased for remedy. T-Mobile told me the phone was under warranty, but I had to take it to Asurion in Tempe to have them determine if it is a manufacturer defect or if it was damage due to negligence on my part. It's clear the screen cracked along the fold. Went to Asurion as directed by T-Mobile. I was told that they don't fix phones at this location and I should go to to the store located at Superstition Springs. Went there... they are too backed up and are no longer accepting broken Samsung flip phones. Went back to T-Mobile where it was originally purchased. They have now directed me to another store in Tempe for resolution. How many hoops do I have to jump through to have my phone that is under warranty replaced? T-Mobile is sure quick to sell you something new, but fails to provide any sort of reasonable assistance when the product fails due to manufacturer defect. I'll be switching back to Verizon as soon as possible... Stay away from this T-Mobile location at all cost.

The customer service is OK. They will try to take care of your needs but it can take some time and are not very clear on their billing or how discounts work. They try but I am still not very impressed/ happy.

Came in on a Sunday to upgrade my iPhone from the 11 Pro Max to 13 Pro Max. Lexie helped. What a pleasure to deal with on all levels from beginning to end! Most refreshing, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Could not have asked for better service. Five stars. Happy! Thanks!

I went in to upgrade my phone. The girl working asked if we were buying any accessories or insurance before checking if the phone was in stock. We said no and when she came back she claimed her system was down and could not sell us a phone. It was clear that she was lying and just didn’t want to work. I later found out their metrics are impacted for selling phones without insurance or accessories. It is very disappointing of Tmobile and it’s employees to put their own interests ahead of the customers needs and requests. We wasted our time and gas.

I went in today to buy an iPhone. I didn't want a new account, or anything extra, like a case or insurance. The salesperson, Jerome, "joked" that he should never have told me he had a phone for me in stock, and by not buying anything extra his pay would be hurt. He then fiddled around on his computer for a couple of seconds, and then literally stated he could not sell me the phone. I offered to pay cash and outright for the phone, and he absolutely refused to sell it to me.
