Not too sure what's going on over here. Came here last week with my sister & the sauce in her spicy potato soft taco tasted weird, it wasn't right, couldn't put a finger on it. Just now less than 30 mins ago I get a quesadilla combo, eat the taco and that's good, get to the quesadilla and something is VERY wrong. Again, the sauce. It's supposed to be the creamy jalapenos sauce.... I don't know what I just ate to be honest and obviously didn't eat the whole thing but it's like we've got lemon vinegar going on in the sauce, it's unpleasant and chemically and I'm very curious as to if there's proper food safety steps being taken at this location now that it's been twice. Left a chemical flavor in your mouth and is definitely not the creamy jalapeño. Furthermore just in case anyone there does read this, the people are kind.

This is the worst Taco Bell around. They mess up my order every time I go here. Drink was missing syrup, gave me mild sauce when I asked for hot, and there was beef on my taco when I paid for steak.

I was picking up for Door Dash and literally no employee acknowledged me for over 20 minutes. I had to ASK them multiple times for them to acknowledge my presence. Would not go to this location again.

The staff and service were an absolute disaster. They were disorganized, inattentive, and seemed overall unhappy to be here and uninterested in doing their job. They got my order wrong and had to fix it 3x, and I noticed that multiple people in the shop at the same time as me were also having multiple issues with their order accuracy. The staff also did not acknowledge us unless we vocalized our needs and asked them to please help us. I stood at the counter trying to make eye contact with any of the 5-6 employees who were on the other side for several minutes before I had to ask if I could please place an order. The people in line behind me were equally confused and frustrated by this. Perhaps they expected us to order from the kiosks, however the last couple of visits when I have tried to do that, there has always been an issue and I have to order at the counter anyway. There were no smiles, no thank you, no re-reading my order back to me, no effort to compensate for the errors… Unfortunately this was a very poor experience. And I’m not extremely hard to please… this is a fast food chain likely paying their workers minimum wage. But I still expect the bare minimum customer service.

Don't go at night the night shift is terrible they pre pep all they're food so they don't gotta make anything new amd it's all old cold food or soggy tacos that's b3en sitting they're I'm sick of spending a fortune for fast food that's worse than trash high people who will work not high-school kids who can care less about people paying for food that's unedible and just wanna slide by with minimal work or cooking.

This specific location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced time and time again from incorrect orders, the worst prepped meals I have ever seen, missing items, constant over charges sometimes double or tripple the proper amount.Along with employees that have zero care to fix there mistakes with out a disgusting attitude or a line of excuses. I’m pretty sure if there was a true manager at this location or the owner had any idea about how this store is ran the entire team would be terminated immediately. Save your self the headache and keep driving this location and employees are a rip off and a joke.

The nachos bell grande is absurdly small now. Almost $8 for less than HALF of the food you used to get. What a rip off. They should call it Nachos Bell Pequeño!!! Taco Bell used to be a value. Even the tacos are over priced now. Absurb for this nasty food. My stomach regretted going to Taco Bell. Dont know what I was thinking. I was tired and hungry. Never again.

One of the better locations for food quality and friendly staff.My son says they make the BEST Crunchwrap Supremes at this location, as well as the 4444 E. Main St. Mesa location.
