Friend of mine daughter took all her birthday money to Tanias and bought her boots for $225.00 ! Had them two days, she kept trying them on at home and realized that they didn't fit right! They were 1/2 size too big. So her and her dad went to exchange them ( key word here is exchange) and the two clerks gave them a line of b.s. about exchanging the product. Had to fill out paper work and supervisor has to okay it. Just to exchange for a smaller size boot!!!
Supervisor doesn't respond !

My daughter bought boots from here with her birthday money. The boots were too big. When we return to the store to exchange the front , informed us that we had to fill out a paper because there was a little bit of black on the bottom of the boots because she had warned them for thirty minutes. He said that it's his policy that they need to be returned in the original packaging which They were Normally we buy our boots and some of our belts and equipment from here.Before we go to the pacing rodeo every year. Usually we spend Quite a bit of money here. Usually we don't have an issue when it comes to the kid's boots. However I guess since they are young adult they don't care and an exchange may not be possible. Is something companies here in america can just take advantage of children. All because of a size difference. Well, even if they are a little bit more expensive.I guess quality goes and speaks for itself across the board. Looks like red wing boots will be getting all of my service and hopefully of all of my other Is fellow Roadies.

Good selection but very rude and unhelpful staff. Acted like we were wasting thier time and wouldn't bring us any of the boots we asked for. Laughed at us.

Terrible place! First they gave me the wrong size boots and when I went to change them they told me they no longer had them. The next day I went and they told me that they did have them. They gave me some used boots that were all dirty in poor condition and even when I asked him to change them he told me to just take the sample ones that were even more used and dirty!!

A small but clean and friendly western wear store. The customer service is top notch and the prices are competitive. They have a nice selection. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Wouldn't let me return or exchange boots that I bought the wrong type for . They said they looked used. I didn't feel like arguing but they looked exactly like I got them. I'll definitely be buying my boots somewhere else every year
