Since they still have not added a payment option on the target red card website, I'll go ahead and leave this hear for every store. This corrupt company hopes their customers miss their payments, and that's why they removed the payment option from their website. Now you have to call and speak to someone. Makes sense huh? 2025 and Target is the only website on the planet that doesn't allow you to make payments without calling.

Super annoyed today. AT&T rep was there really high pressuring customers and would hardly take NO for an answer! This is unacceptable when people are in there to SHOP!!!

Called 5 minutes prior to closing asked them to pull this item to the front. We showed up 3 minutes after close and they opened the doors for us to buy the item we wanted.

Excellent customer service went into Walmarts stores to look for a Arizona Cardinals shirt in my size couldn't find one. Target searched the inventory in the computer when I phoned. Tried to get Walmart to do the same and was told they couldn't help me at four stores. Phoned ahead and they held the shirt for pick up. Very impressed with how they were able to help me without driving around mesa Gilbert and apache junction Walmarts. Great job happy new year.

They didn’t have what I was looking for, but I asked an associate for help finding it and when he didn’t know he asked 4 or so other associates, as I shopped around the store I kept hearing the associates trying to answer my question to each other on their little radios! That’s great customer service, they never gave up trying to help me! Turns out they just didn’t have the item I was looking for, but I was glad the employees really cared about helping me😂

This is the worst target. I've never been able to come here and check out immediately. They either have the self checkout closed or not enough registers open but they have plenty of associates walking around doing absolutely nothing. Save the trip and go to Walmart. Yes I'm sending this while I'm in the store.

Brophy is amazing. Helped my son find the toy he wanted on his birthday in the back room. Wasn’t even his department and homie went out of his way to help him. My son shook all over with excitement. It’s dudes like this that give me renewed faith in humanity. Thanks brother!
