I visited this location today and used self check out for my items. Pam was working self check out and spoke to everyone but me. A greeting is not necessary, but Pam was fully aware of my presence, as she could not take her eyes off me as I rang out in self check out (without asking if I needed help until I asked if I could help her). I would appreciate if Target deals with employees discriminating against paying customers, and stop judging people based off personal biases. I spend my money (cash) like most other customers. Do better!

This is a decent target, the stock is decent, kinda weird having an Ulta in store then another Ulta store just a few feet away in the same plaza. There is no connection though. So if you have Ulta credit from a previous return or something you CANNOT use it inside the target Ulta. Seems odd to me that this is the way Ulta/target choose to run the business.

What has happened to Target?! Virtually a tiny little section for shoes, grocery aisle was mostly empty in dairy, meats. Hardly any selection for men or boys clothes.
I used to love shopping at Target. Pretty hard to shop for stuff when they don't have the stuff.

Stopped in 10am for two quick items. Only 2 checkout lines open and self checkout lines closed. Both lines were long, 3 overweight managers standing there watching the lines. I set my products down and walked out. I won’t come back

Terrible target. Their target circle is a scam and this location has had terrible customer service. For bad service I might as well shop elsewhere.

Employer theft has far exceeded property theft. This specific store is a big offender of that.

If I could give a minus rating I would. I've been going to target optical for the 11 years I've been in the area. My wife went today, and they spent so long trying to verify her insurance that they then refused to see her. I'll never go to this location or send a loved one there. Patrick, who I talked to on the phone, was arrogant and dismissive. They totally lack customer service skills.

I have called this store four times tonight for it to just keep ringing or hang up on me twice. Apparently, they need to teach their staff how to answer the phone.

This location continues to absolutely drop the ball in terms of online ordering/pick up.
My fiance and I have placed orders to pick up at this location so many times and we always have some sort of issue, whether it be items missing, wrong items or just receiving someone else’s order. Shopping in store is also hard as the stock on the shelves usually looks minimal at best.
We placed an order last night, he went to pick it up this morning and watched an employee give our order away to someone else who pulled up after him. Incredibly frustrating bc sure he could just go in and shop for the order himself but half of the items we wanted were already out of stock. Such a waste of time, energy, and money that we have to wait to be refunded.
There’s too many other available options with better service (and product stock) to keep giving Target a chance or our money!

My wife and I were followed throughout the store for no reason. We felt targeted and profiled I understand asset protection walks around disguised as normal shoppers but they didn’t have to make it obvious ruined the whole shopping experience I drove 100 miles to do my shopping…..

This location has some of the friendliest workers but check out is ridiculously slow. I am a frequent shopper and no matter what time of the day the lines are long and cashiers seem to never have an idea what their line looks like. They are slow and chit chatty. I appreciate the friendliness but should not have to wait in a line with lots of people backed up waiting as well. Extra help does arrive but only after extreme lines and wait times have occurred. Please correct this as I love this store location and you have some great staff members.

This target used to be good, but unfortunately, it has been going downhill for several years. The store always looks like a mess, with the aisle half stocked, trash on the floor, dirty fixtures, expired food still on the shelves, etc. A lot of these 5-star reviews have to be fake. This is just to let you know NOT WORK HERE. The Store Director, Jen, and the District Team Lead, Jim, need to learn how to do their jobs and treat their employees correctly. Promotions and pay increases are entirely based on who you know and how much they like you rather than merit, competency, and talent. Several hard-working people I've known were never even considered for promotions, and these same people would be put in charge of training their leader.
