The one thing I went into the store to find I didn't find until Makayla helped me in the Ulta department. I'm so glad I asked her. She was very helpful and kind. She helped me find several things I was looking for.

In this region of Arizona, for me, this is the best Target, they could just keep the store cleaner, but the service is good and I always found what I needed to buy.

I think the AT&T sales reps (specifically the girls that worked yesterday) shouldn’t come down the aisle and pester customers that are shopping (if customers pass them on the main walkway and they ask that seems more appropriate). I also think that when someone tells you no thank you and that you’re not interested, that they don’t continue to ask you about said service. No means no.

Any time I go to this target I'm never greeted or treated nicely by staff. In addition this target is confusing and chaotic in its set up, especially after the remodel. The women's section makes no sense. 2025 will be spent avoiding this location at all costs.

Every time I come to this target and pay in self check out o feel harrased and discriminated.. Always watched like if I am goin yo steal something and I think it's because I'm hispanic. Im not giving target my business anymore. This has been goin on for years and I am done!

Went this target to return a gift I received. The employee at the register didn’t even acknowledge me, I said hello with a smile, and they just stared at me blankly. I said I wanted to return this gift that was mailed to me, the paper receipt was taped onto the box. Employee started saying they couldn’t return the item without the receipt and asked me to open my target app and pull up the return feature on there. I pointed out on the receipt the barcode that literally says “scan to return” and explained how I didn’t purchase this item, it was a gift sent to me. The employee then rudely said “can you just open the app for me”. I opened the app and he told me to go to my purchased items, which I then had to explain for the THIRD time that I did not purchase this item, it was a gift from someone else. Finally the employee ended up doing a return a different way using my ID.
I’m not sure why this wasn’t done to begin with, also not sure why I was treated rudely for no reason.

Today my mom complications in the store with the deals on target app she was extremely confused customer service did not help her at all they just told her it was nothing they can do after she shopped she decided to ask the cashier on the register and she was helped and got all her questions asked with the sitting handled my mom asked me to write this review to let Target know they cashier name was Meme and she was awesome her personality and willingness to help was amazing her service did not go unnoticed and we hope to see her more often on our visits so thank you to that young lady for taking the time to truely help my mother.

This store is great. Always clean, and the floors never have black scuff marks like other Targets. I’m always able to find what I need and get in and out quickly. Also, this location keeps a decent selection of stocked up items, so I don’t have to run from Target to Target.
I give four stars because the parking lot is always extra busy and can be hard to find a spot.

They started closing self checkout in the morning which is a huge inconvenience. Instead of taking 30 seconds to ring out my two item lunch it takes 10+ minutes. They need to open up new registers or open the self check out. It used to be a quick place to check out.

Mesa East location on power road did not carry either plus size line and to top it off they did not carry entire size range.
