Always come here when visiting Mesa. Everyone very friendly and great coaches. Programming is awesome and the gym has plenty of space. Highly recommend this place if someone looking for a CrossFit/Functional fitness gym. Give them a try and help support your local box!

Highly recommend this gym. We changed to The Cell when we had our baby because they had daycare. It’s been a perfect fit for our family. We have made many friends here. The coaching is also great. My husband said he would never like these kinds of workouts but now you can find him there most evenings.

The community at this gym is like no other. Knowing I'm going to workout with the Thunder Bros every night helps to keep me motivated. Great place for all no matter how advanced or new you are to working out. Owner and coaches are GREAT!!
We are a fitness gym located just west of Power on Main Street. We have been a part of the Mesa community for almost 10 years. Our classes are designed to be fun and challenging, pushing each athlete to their physical limit. Everyone is welcome to train, at the Cell every movement can be tailored to each athlete.
